In line with the municipality’s steadfast commitment to community preparedness and safety, the 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 (𝐓𝐖𝐆) officially convened today at the 3rd Floor, MDRRMO Operations Center to conduct the comprehensive evaluation and assessment of document submissions for the 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office extends its profound gratitude to the distinguished panel of validators and evaluators who lent their sectoral expertise to guarantee a meticulous, objective, and transparent review process. The evaluation was rigorously spearheaded by 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭 𝘌𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘰𝘯𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘕𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳, 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙊𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝘾. 𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙤; 𝘔𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘭 𝘚𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘧𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘋𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘱𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳, 𝙈𝙨. TO: All MDRRMO Personnel, Concerned Punong Barangays, Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committees (BDRRMCs), Municipal Response Clusters and Volunteer Groups, Concerned Member Agencies of the MDRRMC
FROM: THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR/ MDRRMC CHAIRPERSON
SUBJECT: Raising of MDRRM Operation Center (MDRRMOC) Alert Status to BLUE ALERT ICOW the Fiesta Celebration

In view of the upcoming Fiesta Celebration in the Municipality of Alegria, Surigao del Norte, and in order to ensure heightened preparedness, public safety, effective coordination, and prompt response to any possible incident or emergency that may arise during the conduct of activities, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operation Center (MDRRMOC) is hereby raised to BLUE ALERT STATUS effective immediately until the termination of the celebration or until such time that the situation has normalized.

Further, the following Barangays are hereby directed to activate their respective Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Operation Centers (BDRRMOCs):
• Barangay Anahaw
• Barangay Poblacion
• Barangay Gamuton
• Barangay Julio Ouano

The concerned BDRRMOCs shall ensure the following:
• Maintain active communication lines with the MDRRMOC;
• Monitor peace and order situations, crowd management, weather conditions, and other related incidents within their areas of responsibility;
• Prepare response teams and necessary emergency equipment for immediate deployment when necessary; and
• Submit timely situation updates and incident reports to the MDRRMOC.

Moreover, the Philippine National Police (PNP) is hereby directed to intensify peace and order operations, traffic management, crowd control, and security visibility in strategic areas to ensure the safety and protection of residents, visitors, and participants throughout the celebration.

Likewise, the Rural Health Unit (RHU) and Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) shall ensure the availability of medical personnel, emergency medical services, and first aid support for possible medical emergencies, health-related incidents, and patient transport operations during the festivities.

All MDRRMO responders, volunteer groups, and concerned agencies are likewise advised to remain on standby for possible augmentation and emergency response operations.

Immediate dissemination and strict compliance with this Memorandum is hereby directed.
