Alimodian READY Alimodian Ready is the official page of MDRRMO - Alimodian, Iloilo

The Municipall Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Council (MDRRMC), formerly known as the Municipal Disaster Coordinating Council (MDCC), is a working group of various government, non-government, civil sector and private sector organizations of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines established by Republic Act 10121 of 2010. It is administered by the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office under the Office of the Municipal Mayor. The Council is responsible for ensuring the protection and welfare of the people during disasters or emergencies. Mandate

The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Alimodian, Iloilo ( MDRRMO – Alimodian), as the implementing arm of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, shall have the primary mission of administering a comprehensive municipal civil defense and disaster risk reduction and management program by providing leadership in the continuous development of strategic and systematic approaches as well as measures to reduce the vulnerabilities and risks to hazards and manage the consequences of disasters.

A mandatory quarterly assembly required by Philippine law (Republic Act No. 10121) to assess a municipality's disaster readiness, budget utilization, and emergency protocols.

Agenda:
1. Accomplishment Report as of 3rd Quarter 2026;
2. LDRRMF Investment Plan 2027;
3. Proposed MOU with heavy equipment operators;
4. New DepEd Protocol for class suspensions;
5. Inclusion of PWD organization in the council;
6. Forward plans;
7. other matters.

UAV Maintenance Flight | Alimodian MDRRMO Monitoring Update

A UAV Maintenance Flight was conducted today to ensure the operational readiness of our drone for disaster risk reduction, emergency response, and monitoring operations.

📍 Alimodian, Iloilo
Partly cloudy to sunny weather conditions were observed across the municipality, with fair weather prevailing during the flight.

🌊 Aganan River Status
Normal water levels were observed during the aerial monitoring. No unusual river conditions at the time of the flight.

The UAV remains mission-ready to support continuous monitoring, rapid damage assessment, situational awareness, and early warning operations in the Municipality of Alimodian.
