The Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental is now accepting applicants for the PAGLAUM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM with MANDATORY RETURN SERVICE for Academic Year 2025-2026 - an opportunity to pursue your dreams in the fields of Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Social Work, Law or Medicine with full financial support.

Please note that this scholarship is open for the following courses ONLY: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, Bachelor of Science in Social Work, Bachelor of Laws and Doctor of Medicine.
Think you qualify?
Before applying, make sure you meet these general qualifications:
You
1. should be a resident and registered voter of Misamis Oriental for at least 2 consecutive years in the time of application;
2. should not belong to a family whose combined income is more than Php 400,000.00 in a year;
3. must not be a recipient of any scholarship program or return service obligations;
4. must not have a criminal record;
5. must not have a record of being dropped from any previous schools attended or scholarship granted;
6. must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.5, 80, or any of its equivalent;
7. must have no failing mark during senior high school years, or in the undergraduate course;
8. must be willing to enroll in and meet admission policies and requirements of a school pre-determined by the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental;
9. must not have a relative up to the third (3rd) degree of consanguinity or affinity who is working or connected at the Provincial Government of Misamis Oriental with a salary/compensation higher than Grade 20 or its equivalent.
