As of 8:00 AM today, 03 August 2026, Tropical Depression "LUIS" (formerly LPA 07f) is being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

Meanwhile, Typhoon "DOLPHIN" is being monitored within the Tropical Cyclone Information Domain (TCID) of PAGASA.
All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

Moderate to Heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Lemery, Maasin, Cabatuan, NewLucena, SanRafael, BarotacNuevo, Anilao, Banate), (Hamtic, TobiasFornier, AniniY, SanJose), (Jordan, SanLorenzo) and (MoisesPadilla) within the next 1 to 2 hours.

The above conditions are being experienced in (Tapaz, Dumalag, Cuartero, MaAyon, Dumarao), (Lambunao, Sara, Calinog, Bingawan, CityOfPassi, Janiuay, Badiangan, Dueñas, SanEnrique, BarotacViejo, Di**le, Pototan, Mina, SanJoaquin), (Sibunag, NuevaValencia), (LaCarlotaCity, SanEnrique, Valladolid, Pontevedra, CityOfKabankalan, CityOfHimamaylan, LaCastellana, Hinigaran, SagayCity, CityOfEscalante, Toboso and Calatrava) which may persist within 1 to 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.
