Gayunpaman, ang mga tanggapang nagbibigay ng pangunahing serbisyo ay mananatiling bukas upang masiguro ang tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo para sa publiko.

Pinapaalalahanan din ang mga Angeleño na planuhin nang maaga ang kanilang mga transaksyon at biyahe kaugnay ng holiday observance.

𝐆𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐀 𝐌𝐎, 𝐒𝐀𝐆𝐎𝐓 𝐊𝐎 ⛽

Yesterday, May 8, 2026, at exactly 4:00 PM at CleanTech Gasoline Station, the Barangay Government of Barangay Lourdes Sur East successfully conducted the FREE REFILLING DAY under the project “𝐆𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐨, 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐊𝐨” spearheaded by Hon. Alfredo S. Bulaun together with the Barangay Council.

Amid the continuing energy crisis and constant increase in fuel prices, this initiative was launched to provide assistance to our hardworking Tricycle Drivers, Jeepney Drivers, and Food Delivery Drivers who are residents of Barangay Lourdes Sur East.

Motor vehicles received 3 liters of fuel of their choice, while jeepney drivers were provided with 5 liters of fuel assistance. Though modest in amount, this support already serves as a meaningful relief to many of our drivers who continuously strive to provide for their families despite the challenges brought by rising fuel costs.

Present during the distribution were Hon. Kap. Alfredo S. Bulaun, Kagawads Mary Hope M. Reyes, Aurelio S. Conese, Rosario Paras, Pamela Cura, SK Chairperson Verano S. Conese, Barangay Secretary Loyd D. Nicdao, and Barangay Administrator Robert John Roque.

The Barangay Government sees and understands the burden that our community is facing during this crisis. Rest assured that under the leadership of Hon. Kap. Fred Bulaun, we will continue to find ways to ease the situation and extend assistance to our constituents even in the simplest ways possible.

May 8, 2026 ren pung mamasadang tricycle at Jeepney madinan la pung GAS (unleaded & diesel) keng ganap a 4pm keng cleantech gas station. 📢 TRAFFIC ADVISORY AND PUBLIC NOTICE

We would like to inform everyone regarding the recent untoward traffic incident that occurred near Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Church and AUF Medical Center.

It has come to our attention that AUFMC is currently undertaking a demolition activity pursuant to a permit issued by the Local Government Unit, in preparation for the construction of a three-storey metal parking facility. Due to falling debris within the construction site, the contractor temporarily controlled the road to ensure the safety of passersby. However, this was done without prior coordination with the Barangay, which resulted in heavy traffic congestion in the area, especially during peak hours.

Earlier today at around 1:00 PM, our Punong Barangay, Kap Fred Bulaun, personally called the attention of the construction head and visited their office to address the issue. The construction head expressed sincere apology and acknowledged that they did not anticipate the impact of their actions on traffic flow. They have committed that this will not happen again and assured that proper coordination with the Barangay will be observed for any future activities that may require temporary road control or closure.

Rest assured that your Barangay Government is actively working to manage and improve traffic conditions, even in challenging situations such as this. We remain committed to ensuring the safety and convenience of all residents and motorists.

🚧 **PUBLIC ADVISORY | TRAFFIC & PARKING REMINDER** 🚧

The Barangay Government of Lourdes Sur East would like to remind all our constituents and visitors to remain mindful of existing traffic and parking laws implemented within our city and throughout the country.

Please be informed that under **Republic Act No. 4136** (Land Transportation and Traffic Code), parking a vehicle in such a manner that obstructs driveways, entrances, or exits—including blocking residential gates and doorways—is strictly prohibited. Such acts constitute illegal obstruction and may result in penalties and enforcement action.

Under the leadership of **Kap. Fred Bulaun**, our barangay remains firm and consistent in upholding traffic regulations, especially when violations compromise the safety, accessibility, and welfare of our residents. We assure the public that all concerns will be addressed **legally, fairly, and without bias**.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to **ACTDO Head Sir Kiko Pangilinan** and the ACTDO personnel for their prompt and efficient response in addressing recent incidents. Your dedication to public service is highly commendable.

Sa pakikipagtulungan po ng DSWD Region 3 ( National Government) at Angeles City Mayor Carmelo "Jon" Lazatin II, kasama ang CSWD - Angeles, PTRO- Angeles, opisyales ng FEDTODA (Trike) at PASADA ( Jeep), inilabas na ng Angeles City LGU ang Batch 1 Fuel Subsidy Distribution ngayong April 8, 2026 sa City Sports Complex - Barangay San Jose, Angeles City para makatulong sa patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng krudo.
