Mula sa kaibuturan ng Region III, patuloy na pumapanig ang 3rd Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army sa layuning magsanay, maghulma, at mag-akay ng ating mga kababayan tungo sa matapat na paglilingkod sa bayan.

Hindi lamang tayo naghahanda para sa pagtatanggol ng bansa; bumubuo tayo ng isang pamayanang may malasakit, disiplina, at kahandaan sa anumang hamon ng panahon.

Sa pagdiriwang ng ika-apat napu’t-tatlong Anibersaryo ng Reserve Command, Philippine Army, muli naming pinagtitibay ang aming panata:
