Job description
* Vocational course/ High School Graduate * with a background in hardware & Software training.
Responsible for servicing clients' complaints regarding technical problems and installed devices specializing in Parking systems.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
* Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
* Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
* Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization.
Build positive relationships with customers.
* With or Without TESDA NCII CERTIFICATE in COMPUTER HARDWARE SERVICING, ELECTRONICS SERVICING. or equivalent.
