A meaningful day at the Angeles District Jail.

Through the outreach program of COMELEC Angeles, 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟑𝟒𝟎 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 to support learning and rehabilitation of our PDL community, while 𝟏𝟗𝟐 𝐏𝐃𝐋𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 during the special satellite registration.

City Election Officer Atty. Charmaine Fhaye Casquejo, together with Election Assistant Mr. Franklin Escobar, also led a voter education for prospective PDL registrants. The discussion highlighted the evolution of PDL voting rights and emphasized its significance in an inclusive and participatory democracy. PDLs were also guided through the voter registration process. They are now well-informed and empowered to take part in the 2026 BSKE and the future elections.

Register Anywhere Program is now officially closed. COMELEC Angeles was able to process 1,710 RAP applications bound for various cities/municipalities/provinces nationwide. 🇵🇭
