The Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Angeles City, in partnership with the Angeles City Tourism Office, Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR), and Angeles City Youth Development Office, celebrates Linggo ng Kabataan and National Youth Day 2026 with the theme “Youth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnerships.” The celebration will be held on September 6, 2026 (Sunday), at 1:00 PM at the Heritage District of Angeles City.

The activity aims to bring together the youth of Angeles City in celebrating our history, culture, and heritage, while recognizing the important role of young people in shaping the future of our city.

It will feature a historical progression experience, showcasing the rich heritage of Angeles City, together with the accomplishments and initiatives of the different SK Barangays. Through visual layouts and the use of modern technology, the youth will also showcase the unique culture, tourism, and stories of their respective communities.

More than a celebration, this activity is an opportunity for young Angeleños to connect with our past, appreciate the present, and take part in building the future of Angeles City through creativity, collaboration and active youth participation.

In line with our commitment to put the welfare of our fellow Angeleños first, the Sangguniang Kabataan Federation of Angeles City conducted a needs assessment in areas affected by the Habagat today, August 30, 2026.

Originally intended for the Linggo ng Kabataan City-Wide Celebration, today’s activities were redirected as an emergency response initiative to assess the immediate needs and situation of affected communities. In times of need, service and solidarity must always come first.

The SK Federation believes that being a youth leader goes beyond organizing celebrations—it also means being present, responsive and ready to serve when our communities need us most.

We stand in solidarity with all Habagat-affected Angeleños. Together, we rise, respond and rebuild.
