Matagal nang tinutugis ng mga awtoridad ang isang 28-anyos na lalaki na kabilang sa top wanted persons sa Region 3, hanggang sa tuluyang maaresto ito sa Barangay Cutcut, Angeles City.

Naaresto ang suspek dakong alas-5 ng hapon noong Setyembre 1, 2026, sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ng Regional Trial Court Branch 61, Angeles City noong August 24, 2026.

Nahaharap siya sa tatlong counts ng Qualified R**e of Minor, tatlong counts ng R**e by Sexual Assault, at isang count ng Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness.

Ang tatlong kaso ng Qualified R**e of Minor ay non-bailable, habang may inirekomendang piyansa na tig-₱180,000 para sa bawat kaso ng R**e by Sexual Assault at ₱180,000 para sa Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness.

Isinagawa ang operasyon ng PS5 Angeles City Police Office bilang lead unit, katuwang ang CIU ACPO, ACPO Tracker Team, CMFC ACPO, CIT Angeles-RIU 3 at PRO3 Cyber Patrol Team-RID3.

Ginamit din ang Alternative Recording Device o ARD sa pagsisilbi ng warrant.

Matapos ang booking procedures, nananatili sa kustodiya ng Police Station 5 Angeles City ang akusado para sa kaukulang disposisyon.

ACPO WELCOMES KOREAN EMBASSY CONSULS FOR COURTESY CALL, STRENGTHENS SECURITY COOPERATION

ANGELES CITY — At around 2:00 PM today, the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the leadership of PCOL ROBERT C DOMINGO, Officer-in-Charge, received a Courtesy Call from Consul Kim Byunghak and Consul Kwom Minhyuck of the Korean Embassy

Also present during the visit were PLTCOL ARIS B GONZALES, DCDO, PMAJ FREDERICK FERRER, Police Station 2 Commander; PMAJ RONAN JAMES EBLAHAN, Police Station 4 Commander, and PMAJ JANICE V ANGELES, Police Station 5 Commander.

During the visit, PMAJ MARLON VENTUS, AC COMU, delivered an informative briefing highlighting ACPO’s Police Operations, Security Initiatives, and continuing efforts to ensure the safety and protection of foreign nationals and visitors in Angeles City.

The courtesy call underscored the importance of sustained coordination and collaboration between the ACPO and the Korean Embassy, particularly in addressing security concerns and strengthening measures for the protection of the Korean community and other foreign visitors.

Angeles City — At around 9:00 AM on September 2, 2026, the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the leadership of PCOL ROBERT C DOMINGO, Officer-in-Charge, participated in the Pampanga Press Club Forum Meeting for September 2026 held at the Swiss Hotel, Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City.

PMAJ AGNES B NOLASCO, Acting Chief of CCADU, and PMAJ JANICE M LOLARGA, PIO Officer, were present during the Forum and highlighted the various Programs, Initiatives, and Community-Oriented activities of ACPO.

They also presented the recent operational accomplishments of ACPO during the weeklong SACLEO, underscoring the Office’s continuing efforts to intensify law enforcement operations, apprehend wanted persons and individuals involved in illegal activities, and maintain peace and order in Angeles City.

The participation of ACPO in the Pampanga Press Club Forum further strengthened its partnership with members of the media, providing an avenue for open communication, transparency, and the timely dissemination of information regarding police operations, public safety initiatives, and other matters of public interest.

ACPO ARRESTS FOUR HIGH-VALUE INDIVIDUALS IN ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUG OPERATION

The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the leadership of PCOL ROBERT C DOMINGO, Officer-in-Charge, continues to intensify its campaign against illegal drugs following the successful arrest of four (4) High-Value Individuals (HVIs) during an anti-illegal drug operation conducted in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

At about 11:10 PM on September 1, 2026, personnel of Police Station 4 (Lead Unit), together with the City Intelligence Unit (CIU) ACPO, City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) ACPO, RID-RSOG, RDEU 3, Mabalacat City Police Station–Pampanga Police Provincial Office, and RIU 3, conducted a buy-bust operation along Barangay Dapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

The operation resulted in the successful arrest of four (4) High-Value Individuals and the confiscation of thirty-seven (37) pieces of suspected ecstasy tablets with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) value of ₱69,000.00; forty-two (42) pieces of ma*****na v**e cartridges with a SDP value of ₱147,000.00; and approximately three (3) grams of suspected Kush ma*****na with an estimated value of ₱2,000.00.

The total estimated value of the confiscated suspected illegal drugs amounted to ₱218,000.00.

Also recovered from the suspects were one (1) genuine ₱1,000.00 bill and four (4) pieces of boodle ₱1,000.00 bills, which were utilized as buy-bust money during the operation.

The arrested individuals and the confiscated items were brought to the appropriate police unit for documentation and proper disposition.

PCOL DOMINGO commended the operating personnel for their coordinated efforts and reiterated ACPO’s firm commitment to combating the illegal drug trade.

ACPO ARRESTS REGIONAL TOP 1 MOST WANTED PERSON IN ANGELES CITY

ANGELES CITY — The Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the leadership of PCOL ROBERT C DOMINGO, Officer-in-Charge, successfully apprehended the Regional Top 1 Most Wanted Person during a joint intelligence-driven operation conducted at around 5:00 PM on September 1, 2026, in Angeles City.

Operatives of Police Station 5 (Lead Unit), together with the City Intelligence Unit (CIU), ACPO Tracker Team, City Mobile Force Company (CMFC), CIT-Angeles–RIU 3, and PRO3 Cyber Patrol Team–RID 3, worked together in locating and arresting the 28-year-old male suspect, who was listed as the Regional Top 1 Most Wanted Person.

The suspect was apprehended by virtue of warrants of arrest for three (3) counts of Qualified R**e of a Minor under Article 266-A (1) in relation to Article 266-B of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, which are not bailable; three (3) counts of R**e by Sexual Assault under Article 266-A, Paragraph 2 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act No. 8353, with a recommended bail of ₱180,000.00 for each count; and Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, with a recommended bail of ₱180,000.00.

The arrested individual is now under the custody of the arresting unit for proper documentation and disposition in accordance with existing procedures.

PCOL DOMINGO lauded the operating personnel for their dedication, coordination, and relentless efforts in tracking down the wanted individual.

ACPO PERSONNEL JOIN PULISTENIKS SESSION TO PROMOTE FITNESS AND WELLNESS

Personnel of the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO) participated in a PULISTENIKS session on September 1, 2026, held at the ACPO Covered Court.

The activity formed part of the Journey to Better Me (JBM) Fit Cops Challenge, a Philippine National Police wellness initiative designed to promote physical fitness, healthy living, discipline, and overall well-being among police personnel.

The session provided ACPO personnel with an opportunity to engage in physical exercises aimed at improving strength, endurance, flexibility, and resilience. Beyond physical conditioning, the activity also encouraged camaraderie, teamwork, and a positive mindset among personnel.

At around 2:45 PM on September 1, 2026, the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), under the leadership of PCOL ROBERT C DOMINGO, OIC, conducted a Clean-Up drive within the Camp premises as part of its continuous effort to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and a conducive working environment for ACPO personnel.

The activity was supervised by PLTCOL GERALD T LICYAYO, Deputy City Director for Administration (DCDA), and participated by ACPO personnel who actively took part in the cleaning and beautification of the surroundings.

This initiative reflects the commitment of ACPO to promote environmental discipline, teamwork, and a culture of responsibility among its members.
