TINGNAN: Matagumpay na nagsagawa ng Tree Planting Activity ang Coast Guard Sub-Station Angono noong ika-28 ng Hunyo 2026, kasama ang mga kinatawan ng Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO), Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), at Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), sa iminungkahing Bird Sanctuary sa wetland area ng Brgy. San Vicente, Angono, Rizal.

Sa isinagawang aktibidad, matagumpay na naitanim ang kabuuang limampung (50) punla ng puno, na binubuo ng dalawampu't limang (25) Narra at dalawampu't limang (25) Talisay. Ang pagtatanim ng mga katutubong punong ito ay makatutulong sa pagpapanumbalik ng balanse ng wetland ecosystem, pagpapabuti ng tirahan ng mga migratoryo at lokal na uri ng ibon, at pangangalaga sa biodiversity ng nasabing lugar.

Patuloy ang Philippine Coast Guard sa pagsuporta sa mga programang pangkalikasan bilang bahagi ng adhikain nitong mapangalagaan ang kalikasan at maisulong ang isang mas luntian, malinis, at napapanatiling kapaligiran para sa kasalukuyan at sa mga susunod na henerasyon.

ICYMI: From March 28 to April 5, 2026, in line with the observance of Semana Santa and the summer vacation, the Philippine Coast Guard, through Coast Guard Sub-Station Angono, deployed its personnel to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all devotees, travelers, and tourists within its area of responsibility.

Throughout the period, our personnel remained steadfast and proactive in delivering public service—providing assistance to the public, managing crowd movement, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies. With dedication and vigilance, we ensured that all religious activities and travel were carried out in a peaceful, orderly, and secure environment.

The Philippine Coast Guard reaffirms its commitment to safeguarding lives and upholding public safety at all times. We extend our sincere gratitude to our partner agencies and the community for their cooperation and support, which greatly contributed to the success of this operation.

Look: Coast Guard Sub-Station Angono provided security and assistance during the conduct of the fluvial parade in Angono, Rizal. The activity was held as part of the town’s annual celebration, drawing numerous devotees and participants along the waterways.

The unit ensured the safe and orderly movement of participating vessels by implementing strict safety measures and continuous maritime monitoring throughout the duration of the event. Coordination with local government units and event organizers was also maintained to guarantee the security of all attendees.

Through this activity, Coast Guard Sub-station Angono reaffirms its commitment to the Philippine Coast Guard’s mission of promoting maritime safety, protecting lives and properties at sea, and supporting community events that strengthen camaraderie and local culture.

LOOK: On 11 November 2025, personnel of Coast Guard Sub-Station Angono extended assistance during the distribution of family food packs to residents affected by Typhoon Uwan. In partnership with LGU Angono and MSWDO, the team ensured that relief operations were carried out safely, efficiently, and in an orderly manner.

This effort embodies the Philippine Coast Guard’s unwavering commitment to public service — extending compassion and support to those in need, especially in times of hardship. Together, we stand firm in our mission to serve, protect, and uplift our communities.
