REGULAR SESSION OF BARANGAY BULALA NORTE SEPTEMBER 26, 2026 2:00 PM

The Barangay Bulala Norte Sangguniang Barangay held its regular session, headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Reynal B. Rosario, together with the members of the Sangguniang Barangay, SK Chairperson, Barangay Secretary, and Barangay Treasurer.

🌱🌳 PAGTATANIM NG MGA PUNO SA FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD 🌳🌱

Nagsagawa ng isang makabuluhang Tree Planting Activity (cococnut)ang Philippine Coast Guard kasama ang Barangay Bulala Norte sa kahabaan ng Farm-to-Market Road bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagsusulong ng pangangalaga sa kalikasan at pagpapanatili ng isang luntian at malinis na komunidad. 🌿💚

Aktibong nakilahok sa gawaing ito ang Barangay Bulala Norte, sa pangunguna ni Punong Barangay Reynal B. Rosario, kasama ang Barangay Council, na nakipagtulungan sa Philippine Coast Guard sa pagtatanim ng mga puno at pagpapalaganap ng malasakit at responsibilidad sa ating kapaligiran.

🤝 Sa pamamagitan ng pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan, patuloy nating pinangangalagaan ang kalikasan at nagsisikap na makalikha ng mas malinis, mas luntian, at mas ligtas na Barangay Bulala Norte para sa kasalukuyan at susunod na henerasyon.

# # # 📋 INITIAL INVENTORY OF BARANGAY PROPERTIES, FINANCIAL RECORDS AND DOCUMENTS (BPFRDs)

The **Barangay Bulala Norte** successfully conducted its **Initial Inventory of Barangay Properties, Financial Records and Documents (BPFRDs)** in coordination with the **Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Aparri**, headed by **MLGOO Sir March B. Magat**, together with the **LGU Department Heads**.

This important activity was undertaken to ensure the **proper accounting, recording, safeguarding, and organization** of the barangay’s properties, financial records, and important documents.

The activity was participated in by **Barangay Bulala Norte**, headed by **Punong Barangay Reynal B. Rosario**, together with the **Barangay Council**, demonstrating our shared commitment to **accountability, transparency, proper documentation, and responsible barangay governance**.

🤝 Our sincere appreciation to **DILG Aparri, MLGOO Sir March B. Magat, the LGU Department Heads**, and everyone who contributed to the successful conduct of this activity.

Tulong na ramdam. Serbisyong may tunay na pakinabang. 💙

Isang matagumpay na programa para sa Barangay Bulala Norte, Aparri, Cagayan sa ilalim ng Bawat Barangay Makikinabang Program (BBM)!

🎓 ₱100,000 PRESIDENTIAL Educational Assistance — para sa ating mga mag-aaral at kanilang pangangailangang pang-edukasyon.

💻 ₱100,000 ICT Project — para sa procurement ng laptop, printer, at projector, na makatutulong sa pagpapahusay ng serbisyo at mga gawain ng ating barangay.

Malaking pasasalamat sa lahat ng naging bahagi ng programang ito, at sa pangunguna ni Punong Barangay Reynal B. Rosario kasama ang buong Barangay Council ng Bulala Norte. 🤝

Dahil ang tunay na serbisyo ay serbisyong umaabot sa barangay at direktang nakatutulong sa mamamayan. ❤️

🚨 MAS MALAPIT NA ANG RESCUE SERVICES SA ATING MGA KABABAYAN! 🚑💙

Pormal nang binuksan ng Local Government Unit of Aparri ang MDRRMO Rescue 511 Sub-Station 3 sa Barangay Bulala Norte, na magsisilbi sa mga residente ng Bulala Norte, Bulala Sur, Linao, at Navagan.

Layunin ng bagong sub-station na ilapit ang emergency at rescue services sa ating mga kababayan upang mas maging mabilis, maaasahan, at accessible ang pagtugon sa panahon ng sakuna at emergency.

Binigyang-diin ni Mayor Dominador “Ambo” Dayag, Chairperson ng MDRRMC, na ang pagbubukas ng sub-station ay hindi lamang tungkol sa pagkakaroon ng bagong pasilidad, kundi isang konkretong hakbang upang mas mailapit ang serbisyo ng pamahalaan sa ating mga mamamayan—lalo na sa oras ng pangangailangan.

Kasama sa makabuluhang okasyong ito sina Executive Secretary Ramon “Monching” Gorospe, Oliver C. Agoto, LDRRMO III at Head ng MDRRMO–Rescue 511, mga Punong Barangay, at mga residente ng apat na barangay.

Ang Rescue 511 Sub-Station 3, kasama ng Sub-Station 2 sa Barangay Backiling, ay patuloy na magpapalakas sa emergency response capability ng Bayan ng Aparri.

Mas malapit. Mas mabilis. Mas handa. Mas ligtas.

🌊💙 iCARE COASTAL CLEAN-UP DRIVE 💙🌊

iCARE, in cooperation with the Philippine Coast Guard and the Barangay Bulala Norte, Aparri, Cagayan, headed by Punong Barangay Reynal B. Rosario and the dedicated members of the Barangay Council, conducted a meaningful Coastal Clean-Up Drive.

🤝 This activity reflects our shared commitment to protecting our coastal environment, promoting cleanliness, and inspiring everyone to become responsible stewards of our seas and communities.

🌱 Every piece of trash we collect is a step toward a cleaner shoreline, a healthier marine environment, and a better future for the next generation.

🚨 NATIONAL SIMULTANEOUS EARTHQUAKE DRILL (NSED) – 3RD QUARTER 🚨

Barangay Bulala Norte, Aparri, Cagayan actively participated in the 3rd Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) to strengthen earthquake preparedness, awareness, and emergency response capabilities.

The activity was headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Reynal B. Rosario, together with the dedicated Barangay Officials, who actively supported and participated in the drill.

Through this initiative, we continue to promote the importance of being prepared, alert, and responsive during earthquakes and other emergencies. 🫡

Ipinapaalam po sa lahat na magkakaroon ng Voters Registration sa darating na Biyernes, February 13, 2026 para sa nalalapit na BSKE.

Inaanyayahan ang mga sumusunod na magparehistro o magpa-update ng kanilang rekord:

Mga kabataang 14 taong gulang na mag-15 taong gulang sa o bago ang Nobyembre 2, 2026 (para sa SK).

Mga nais magpalipat ng presinto o lugar ng pagbobotohan.

Mga magpapabago ng apelyido o magpapaayos ng maling impormasyon sa kanilang rekord.

Mga natanggal ang pangalan sa listahan at nais magparehistro muli.
