Please be informed that Barangay Bulasa is officially closing the submission of applications for the Presidential Financial Assistance tomorrow August 5, 2026.

We have received a high volume of applications, which will now undergo a strict evaluation process. Please take note that only five (5) beneficiaries will be selected for this program.

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Barangay Bulasa is now accepting applications for the Office of the President Financial Assistance Program for college graduating students.

A total of five (5) qualified beneficiaries will be selected, with ₱20,000.00 financial assistance for each beneficiary.

Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the Barangay Hall to obtain the application form and the list of requirements.

Application Period: aug 3-7, 2026

For inquiries, please visit the Barangay Hall during office hours.

This is with regards to the UPLIFT payout.

The data we gathered during validation will be their reference during payout thru their assigned VERIFIER.

Kindly inform those in the list, except for those marked as Active 4Ps and Walang Gutom, NOT ELIGIBLE (OFW, above the poverty threshold ang income, etc.) to prepare the following for the payout:

▪︎ 2 photocopies PhilSys/ National ID (with 3 fresh signatures)
▪︎ 2 photocopies of any gov't issued ID (in case walay PhilSys/ Nat ID)
▪︎ printed BBM serbisyo screenshot (verified, not found, server error)
▪︎ GIS (blue ballpen), only fill in those with check mark
▪︎ IS (blue ballpen, only fill in those with check )

And kadtong mga GRADUATED 4Ps (mga 4Ps kaniadto), gisubay pa sa DSWD ilang status. Walay assurance nga sila makadawat sa UPLIFT.
