We are deeply honored to receive Resolution No. 1510-2026 from the Provincial Government of La Union!
Our immense gratitude goes first and foremost to Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega and Vice-Governor Eric O. Sibuma,along with all the honorable members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng La Union,for this prestigious commendation.
Our sincerest thanks also to Mayor Benjamin O. Sibuma for his unwavering support and leadership, and to the author of the resolution, Hon. Teresita "Tess" O. Garcia, for recognizing our dedication to public service and delivering civil registry services.
