𝙍𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙖𝙜 𝘼𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮: 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝘿𝙧𝙤𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙚𝙙 🌱✨

𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭 under the DSWD program 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐀𝐖𝐀 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐈 was successfully held on May 26, 2026 at the Aringay Amphitheater, Aringay, La Union under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Benjamin O. Sibuma, with the unwavering support of the MSWDO and Technical Working Group.

The program featured the Welcome Message of MSWDO Roselyn O. Ofiaza, RSW, presentation of accomplishments from the five (5) project sites, an inspiring message from DSWD FO1 Regional Director Dir. Marie Angela S. Gopalan, commitment messages from partner-beneficiaries, Barangay Captains and Municipal Mayor Hon. Benjamin O. Sibuma, and the Pledge of Commitment and signing by the LGU and partner-beneficiaries.

This meaningful activity highlighted the strong partnership, commitment, and collective efforts of all stakeholders in promoting sustainable livelihood, resilience, and community empowerment through Project LAWA at BINHI. 🌱💧

𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝟑 - 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 was successfully conducted on May 19, 2026 at Pingwe Covered Court, Gallano, Aringay, La Union under 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐀𝐖𝐀 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐈, led by 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐎. 𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐦𝐚, with the technical assistance of MAO staff and DSWD staff, unending support of MSWDO and the active participation of 𝟓𝟎 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 from 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐚 & 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐨.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝟭 - 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 successfully conducted on April 21–23, 2026 under 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐋𝐀𝐖𝐀 𝐚𝐭 𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐈, led by 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐎. 𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐦𝐚 and the dedicated Technical Working Group.

A total of 𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿-𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 actively participated, representing the following:
