PSA CIVIL REGISTRY SYSTEM (CRS) MOBILE OUTLET & NATIONAL ID SERVICES
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), in partnership with the Municipal Civil Registrar Office of the Local Government Unit of Aritao, will conduct a CRS Mobile Outlet and National ID Services on:

📄 CIVIL REGISTRY SERVICES
Clients may avail of services for the issuance/request of:
• Birth Certificates
• Marriage Certificates
• Death Certificates
• Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
• Other available PSA Civil Registry documents and certifications
🪪 NATIONAL ID SERVICES
The activity will also provide:
• National ID Registration
• Issuance/Printing of National ID in paper form
• Other available National ID-related services
This joint undertaking aims to bring essential PSA civil registration and National ID services closer to the residents of Aritao, providing accessible and convenient government services within the municipality.
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity and bring a valid identification card and other necessary supporting documents, as may be required for the particular transaction.
