In her first week in office, Mayor Susan Evardone wasted no time in getting up to speed with the operations of the Local Government Unit of Arteche. Demonstrating decisive leadership and a proactive approach, Mayor Susan convened an Executive Briefing with all 20 local department heads and heads of partner national agencies.
The executive session served as a comprehensive orientation on the current programs, pressing challenges, and recommended strategies across key sectorsโincluding social governance, economic development, peace and order, financial management, and local policy implementation.
Mayor Susan emphasized the importance of teamwork, innovation, and people-centered governance as she listened to each agencyโs report and laid down her expectations in delivering better, faster, and more responsive services to every Artechehanon.
