The 𝑷𝑽 𝑺𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒔 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑵𝑪 𝑰𝑰 trainees under the Community Based Training Program (CBTP) at Villasis, Pangasinan gained valuable hands-on experience in the field of renewable energy through practical activities focused on installing photovoltaic (PV) systems, as well as conducting testing and commissioning procedures.

The training allowed participants to apply their knowledge in setting up solar power systems while developing essential skills in system evaluation, functionality testing, and ensuring proper operation based on industry practices.

The 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 (𝑬𝑰𝑴) 𝑵𝑪 𝑰𝑰 trainees at San Vicente East, Asingan, Pangasinan actively applied their technical skills through hands-on activities involving the installation of electrical wiring and lighting fixtures, as well as the installation of auxiliary equipment such as fire alarm systems.

These activities reflect the commitment of TESDA-LMMSAT to provide quality skills training that prepares learners for real-world workplace applications and future career opportunities in the electrical industry.

The Solid Waste Management (SWM) Committee, together with the Tesda-LMMSAT Greening TVET Club officers led by Mr. Ruben Manuel RM Manahan, successfully conducted an Orientation on Solid Waste Management (SWM) Operations for the TM I, SMAW NC II, and EVM NC III trainees.

The orientation provided participants with a better understanding of proper waste segregation, their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a clean learning environment, and the importance of supporting the institution's Solid Waste Management Program. Through this activity, trainees are encouraged to become active partners in promoting environmental stewardship and sustainable practices both inside and outside the institution.

Together, let's reduce waste, protect our environment, and make every action count.

The 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚-𝑩𝒂𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒂𝒎 (𝑪𝑩𝑻𝑷) – 𝑬𝒍𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑴𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒆 (𝑬𝑰𝑴) 𝑵𝑪 𝑰𝑰 scholars in San Vicente East, Asingan, Pangasinan engaged in a practical activity on the installation of electrical wiring and lighting fixtures.

Guided by Mr. Aquilino M. Pico, Jr on proper industry procedures and safety practices, the scholars gained valuable hands-on experience in installing electrical wiring systems and lighting fixtures, allowing them to apply their classroom learning in a real-world setting. This activity further enhanced their technical competence, attention to detail, and readiness for workplace demands.

Practical training such as this strengthens the scholars' skills and confidence, preparing them to deliver safe, quality, and standards-based electrical installation services in the future.

The Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II scholars in Villasis, Pangasinan participated in an 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 facilitated by Ms. Feri Z Abyansi Parlan, equipping them with essential knowledge and practical strategies to venture into business and create sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Beyond developing technical competencies, the training emphasized the value of innovation, financial awareness, customer service, and entrepreneurial thinking—preparing our scholars to become not only skilled workers but also future business owners and job creators.

By integrating entrepreneurship into technical skills training, TESDA-LMMSAT helps open more opportunities for scholars to pursue meaningful careers, establish their own enterprises, and contribute to the growth of their communities.

Hospitality Management Technology (HMT) and Civil Engineering Technology (CET) scholars of TESDA–LMMSAT joined the students of Luciano Millan National High School in the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝙄𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙖𝙮 𝘼𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝘿𝙧𝙪𝙜 𝘼𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙄𝙡𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 (𝙄𝘿𝘼𝘿𝘼𝙄𝙏) 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 conducted by the PNP Asingan.

The activity served as a valuable opportunity to raise awareness on the harmful effects of illegal drugs, promote responsible decision-making, and encourage the youth to become active advocates for a safe, healthy, and drug-free community.

TESDA-LMMSAT remains committed to supporting programs that develop not only the technical skills of our scholars but also their character, discipline, and social responsibility.

Mr. Jerome Lapeña, Registrar III of TESDA – LMMSAT, represented the institution during the 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙇𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 (𝘿𝙊𝙇𝙀) 𝙀𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙣 𝙁𝙞𝙚𝙡𝙙 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝟐𝙣𝙙 𝙌𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 held on June 30, 2026, in San Nicolas, Pangasinan.

The meeting served as an avenue to strengthen collaboration among partner agencies, discuss updates on labor and employment initiatives, and reinforce the shared commitment to delivering quality public service and expanding opportunities for communities.
