CASH INCENTIVES FOR COLLEGE GRADUATES | BARANGAY TUBIGAGMANOK CLASS OF 2026

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tubigagmanok is pleased to announce the Cash Incentive Program for all qualified graduates of the Class of 2026.

To facilitate the verification process, all applicants are requested to prepare and present the following:
✅ Any valid government-issued ID or school ID
✅ Proof of Graduation (Diploma, Certificate of
Graduation, or any official document issued by your school)

Please ensure that all requirements are complete before submission to avoid delays in the processing of your cash incentive.

The Sangguniang Kabataan Council, together with the event organizer of Gentle Touch Events by John Vincent Canencia, successfully conducted a coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming Miss Tubigagmanok 2026. The meeting focused on discussing key plans, responsibilities, and strategies to ensure a well-organized, meaningful, and successful pageant for our community.

Through collaboration, commitment, and shared vision, we continue to work towards delivering an event that celebrates the beauty, intelligence, and empowerment of the youth.

Barangay Tubigagmanok's official representative for Bb. Asturias 2026, Ms. Jasmine Claire Limpag, had a courtesy call together with our Barangay Captain, Hon. Teodoro Pelipas, and 1st Councilor, Hon. Jimmy Rojas.

Following the courtesy visit, Ms. Jasmine accompanied by 1st Councilor Hon. Charlesclyde Jamaybay, proceeded to the Bb. Asturias 2026 screening, proudly carrying the banner of Barangay Tubigagmanok. As she takes her first step on this remarkable journey, we extend our full support and best wishes as she represents our barangay with confidence, grace, and pride.
