Issuance of Voter Certification is thru personal appearance of concerned voter.
If one cannot personally appear, an Authorized Representative may get the document for them. Just present an Authorization Letter signed by voter, and valid IDs of both voter and representative.

Voter Certification is free of charge.

โ€ผ๏ธ For July 6 onwards, issuance of Voter Certification and standard operations are back on MONDAYs to FRIDAYs , 8:00am - 5:00pm.
