The Cebu Provincial Government, in partnership with the Municipality of Asturias, distributed fuel subsidy assistance to 704 qualified habal-habal drivers during a payout activity held today, ๐‰๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.

Each beneficiary received โ‚ฑ3,000 in cash assistance under the Fuel Subsidy Assistance Program. The program seeks to help local motorcycle-for-hire drivers cope with the rising cost of fuel and support their daily livelihood.

The Provincial Government also conducted a livestock dispersal activity benefiting more than 20 qualified farmers from different barangays of the municipality. The initiative aims to provide additional livelihood opportunities, strengthen agricultural productivity, and improve the income of local farming households.

Governor Pamela S. Baricuatro led the activities together with officials of the Municipality of Asturias headed by Mayor Dana Andrew M. Dumdum.
