The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Province of Davao del Norte conducted a consultation meeting for the 2025-A Survey under the Support to Parcelization of Land for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project in Asuncion, Davao del Norte on April 29, 2026.
The meeting aimed to orient beneficiaries on the survey process, address concerns through an open forum, and confirm their consent to proceed.
The activity was attended by DAR Provincial Office personnel led by CARPO-LTID Floradelfa I. Montes, with surveying staff Christina Tampon and DARMO-Asuncion representatives headed by MARPO Henry T. Marin. Also present were PARCOM representative Samuel Cardenio, contractor/surveyor Engr. Danilo Noveloso, Barangay Captains, BARC Chairpersons, and Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) whose landholdings are subject to the survey.
The upcoming survey will be conducted in eight (8) Barangays in Asuncion (Cambanogoy, Binancian, Buan, Magatos, Pamacaun, Camansa, Napungas and New Santiago), covering 13 landholdings with a total area of 67.1414 hectares.
The initiative underscores DAR’s commitment to transparency, collaboration, and active stakeholder participation in implementing the SPLIT Project, which aims to award individual land titles to qualified beneficiaries.
