The 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲- 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁, successfully conducted its Commandant Time, headed by 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗖 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲 (𝗦𝗖)/𝗣𝗔, 𝗭𝗗𝗦𝗣𝗚𝗖- 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘁, , together with 𝗦𝗚𝗧 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗛 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 (𝗔𝗿𝗺) 𝗣𝗔, 𝗭𝗗𝗦𝗣𝗚𝗖 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗡𝗖𝗢 , and the 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳, Advanced ROTC Cadets, composed of 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 (𝟭𝘾𝙇) and 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 (𝟮𝘾𝙇) cadets.

During the session, the Commandant delivered valuable guidance and leadership insights, emphasizing the importance of discipline, integrity, responsibility, teamwork, and selfless service as the foundation of every ROTC cadet. He reminded the cadets that true leadership is not measured by rank alone, but by character, commitment, and the willingness to serve others with honor and professionalism.

The activity also served as a venue to strengthen communication between the ROTC Commandant, the ROTC NCO, and the cadets, fostering mutual respect, unity, and a stronger sense of responsibility within the unit.

Through this meaningful engagement, the cadets were inspired to uphold the core values of the ROTC Program and remain steadfast in their commitment to becoming disciplined, competent, and service-oriented leaders in their school, community, and nation.

On 𝟬𝟮 August 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 at 𝟭𝟯𝟬𝟬𝗛, the Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Government College – Aurora ROTC Unit (𝗭𝗗𝗦𝗣𝗚𝗖–𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁) successfully conducted 𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 Formation for the First Semester, 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳, reinforcing the cadets' discipline, leadership, military bearing, and commitment to service.

The activity was spearheaded by 𝗠𝗔𝗝 𝗝𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼 𝗖 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗱𝗲 (𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, ROTC Commandant of 𝗭𝗗𝗦𝗣𝗚𝗖 𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗢𝗥𝗔- 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 in Coordination with 𝗦𝗚𝗧 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗛 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀 (𝗔𝗿𝗺) 𝗣𝗔 ZDSPGC Admin NCO , And 𝗠𝘀. The formation formally commenced with personnel accountability and attendance checking, ensuring the accurate accounting of all cadets. This was followed by the organization and designation of cadets into their respective companies and platoons in accordance with the approved Corps organizational structure.

As part of the training program, the cadets actively participated in practical military instruction, including 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗱-𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻 (𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴), 𝗣𝘂𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗞𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘆 (𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲), 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗱𝗮 (𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲) proper formation procedures, and other basic military drills and ceremonies. These exercises were conducted to instill discipline, teamwork, confidence, and military precision among all participating cadets.

Following the drill exercises, the cadets proceeded with the prescribed ROTC training facilitated by the Training Staff and the Advance ROTC Cadet Officers, focusing on leadership development, military customs and traditions, discipline, and the fundamental principles of the Reserve Officers' Training Corps.

The activity was led by Cadet 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗞𝗜𝗠 𝗠 𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗕𝗔𝗟 (𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖) 𝟭𝗖𝗟, the Corps Commander, together with the dedicated 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝟭𝗖𝗟 & 𝟮𝗖𝗟, 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁𝘀 /𝗔𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀. United by the spirit of volunteerism and service, the participants actively planted tree seedlings to help promote environmental conservation and contribute to a greener and more sustainable future.

The activity also served as an opportunity to strengthen camaraderie, teamwork, discipline, and social responsibility among the cadets while reinforcing the 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 core values of patriotism, leadership, service, and environmental stewardship

Through this meaningful initiative, the 𝗭𝗗𝗦𝗣𝗚𝗖- 𝗔𝗨𝗥𝗢𝗥𝗔 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 continues to demonstrate its unwavering dedication to serving not only the institution but also the community and the environment, inspiring every cadet to become responsible citizens and future leaders committed to protecting and preserving nature.
