FY 2026 Approved SK Budgets:
18th to 20th Barangays 💰☑️

The Sangguniang Bayan ng Baao has officially approved the Annual Budgets for Fiscal Year 2026 for the following barangays:

✅ 18th Barangay: SK Iyagan
– Hon. May G. Babor (₱375,166.10)

✅ 19th Barangay: SK Buluang
– Hon. Mark Leo B. Bengua (₱1,202,524.60)

✅ 20th Barangay: SK Caranday
– Hon. Alfrancis R. Botor (₱375,017.50)

Huge thanks to the very dedicated reviewing committee and approving body: MBO, LYDO, MPDC, Mayor Jeff Bisenio, SKFP Joy Bayos, and Sangguniang Bayan ng Baao.

These funds are dedicated to the implementation of the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) to further empower the youth of Baao!

Pagbuo ng Barangay and SK Inventory!

Highlights of DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-021

⬛ Pangunahing Layunin:
☑️Siguruhin ang maayos na inventory at turnover ng:
➡️Barangay at SK properties
➡️Financial records at documents
➡️Money accountabilities
☑️Gagawin ito bago at pagkatapos ng Barangay at SK Elections (November 2026)
☑️Layunin: malinis, maayos, at transparent na transition ng pamamahala

⬛Mahahalagang Prinsipyo
☑️ Lahat ng government property ay dapat: Naitatala, napapangalagaan, at napapanagot nang maayos
☑️ Ang mga opisyal ay:
➡️Personal na accountable sa mga ari-ariang hawak nila
➡️Mananagot kung may pagkawala, maling paggamit, o kapabayaan
Ang pondo ng SK: Dapat hiwalay ang account at may tamang signatories

⬛Mga Team na Dapat Buoin
☑️Bago ang turnover, kailangang mag-create ng:
➡️Barangay Inventory Team (BIT)
➡️SK Inventory Team (SKIT)
➡️City/Municipal Assessment and Transition Team (C/MATT)
☑️Ang mga team na ito ang maghahandle ng inventory, verification, at turnover process

⬛Pangunahing Responsibilidad:
➡️Outgoing Officials
☑️Magsagawa ng initial at final inventory
☑️I-submit ang listahan ng lahat ng properties
☑️I-settle ang lahat ng financial accountabilities
☑️I-turn over lahat ng records bago matapos ang termino

➡️Punong Barangay at SK Chairperson
☑️Mag-create ng BIT at SKIT through official order
☑️Pangunahan ang inventory at turnover

➡️City/Municipal Mayor
☑️Mag-supervise at siguraduhin ang compliance
☑️Mag-create ng C/MATT
☑️Magbigay ng suporta sa proseso
☑️Mag-take ng legal action kung may hindi mag-turnover

➡️DILG Officials
☑️Mag-monitor ng implementation
☑️Dumalo sa inventory at turnover activities
☑️Siguruhin ang tamang at on-time na reporting

⬛Mahahalagang Deadline
September 30, 2026 → Initial inventory at pagbuo ng teams
December 20, 2026 → Final inventory at turnover ceremony

⬛Parusa
Ang mga opisyal na hindi magta-turnover: Maaaring managot sa batas at administratibong kaso

⬛Iba pang Mahalaga
☑️May kasamang standard forms (Annexes A–I) para sa:

On April 17, 2019, the Philippines enacted Republic Act No. 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act, recognizing that harassment can happen anywhere: on the streets, in workplaces, in public spaces, in schools, and even online.

As we approach its 7th year of enactment, the message remains clear: everyone deserves safety, dignity, and respect in all spaces.

This law not only defines what constitutes gender-based sexual harassment—it also affirms that these acts have consequences and that accountability is key to building safer communities.

At bilang Pilipinong may respeto, maging kabahagi tayo sa pagbuo ng komunidad kung saan ang lahat ay ligtas at walang harassed. Kaya sa pagkakaroon ng safe spaces, kasali tayo. Ano, tara?
