By virtue of PCW Memorandum Circular No. 2026-02 as supported by RGADC Memorandum No. 2026-04, the 𝐍𝐂𝐈𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈 stands in solidarity with the 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 (𝐏𝐂𝐖) in celebrating the 2026 National Women’s Month.

We honor the enduring legacy of the 𝑩𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒚𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒔—pre-colonial women leaders who guided ICCs/IPs through wisdom, empathy, and moral courage. Their model of inclusive, values-driven leadership affirms that women’s leadership is integral to our national identity and remains vital in building resilient, empowered, and culturally grounded communities today.
