📌 OFFICE ADVISORY: TEMPORARY ADJUSTMENT OF OFFICE HOURS

​The National Telecommunications Commission – Negros Island Region (NTC NIR) informs the public that office operations on Monday, September 28, 2026, will be suspended at 1:00 PM in observance of National Family Week and in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 136, s. 2026, issued by the Office of the President.

​Regular office operations will resume on 29 September 2026.

​The public is advised to plan transactions accordingly.

‎NTC-NIR JOINS THE 126TH PHILIPPINE CIVIL SERVICE ANNIVERSARY

‎The National Telecommunications Commission – Negros Island Region (NTC-NIR) joins the nation in commemorating the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September 2026, carrying the theme:
‎
‎“Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”
‎
‎For 126 years, the Philippine Civil Service has stood as a pillar of nation-building, strengthened by generations of public servants who have dedicated themselves to serving the Filipino people with integrity, compassion, and excellence.
‎
In line with this year’s celebration, NTC-NIR participated in the signing of the Lingkod Bayani Commitment Wall on September 7, 2026, at 8:00 AM, during the Flag Raising Ceremony at the NTC-NIR Quadrangle, as a collective pledge to uphold responsive, ethical, and excellent public service while carrying the spirit of Lingkod Bayani into everyday work.

​Please be advised that the National Telecommunications Commission - Negros Island Region (NTC-NIR) Dumaguete Field Office will be CLOSED from August 17 to 19, 2026 (Monday to Wednesday).

​This temporary closure is to allow our personnel to attend the formal turn over and blessing of the new NTC NIR Regional Office building situated at Manayawsayaw, Bacolod City, on August 18, 2026.

​ ALTERNATIVE TRANSACTION OPTIONS:

During this temporary closure, clients who need to submit urgent applications or process official transactions may still do so through the following channels:

🟢​In-Person Submissions: You may file your applications at our Regional Office in Bacolod City (NTC Building, Block 2 Lot 2, Manayawsayaw, Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City).

​🟢Online Inquiries & Applications: You may reach us via email at [email protected] and [email protected] for inquiries, application submissions, and transaction guidance during office hours.

​ SERVICE RESUMPTION:

📍 NTC NIR Mobile Licensing Services Successfully Conducted in San Juan, Siquijor

Bringing government services closer to the people!

The National Telecommunications Commission – Negros Island Region (NTC NIR) successfully conducted its Mobile Licensing Services in the Municipality of San Juan, Siquijor from July 1–3, 2026, spearheaded by Regional Director Jovita V. Chongco together with the dedicated NTC NIR team reaffirming its commitment to making telecommunications regulatory services more accessible to communities across the region.

The three-day activity was made possible through the strong partnership and support of the Local Government Unit of San Juan, under the leadership of Hon. Rubilyn M. Ragay, Municipal Mayor.

Residents, radio operators, and stakeholders benefited from a range of frontline services, including:

✅ Restricted Radio Land Mobile Permit(RLMP) Seminar
✅ Scam Awareness Information Campaign
✅ Acceptance and Processing of Radio License Applications
✅ Acceptance and Processing of Mobile Phone Retailer/Reseller Permit Applications

✔️ Basahin ang reviews at feedback mula sa ibang buyers.
✔️ Mag-ingat sa presyong "too good to be true."
✔️ Huwag agad magpadala ng bayad sa personal accounts.
✔️ Mas mainam kung may Cash on Delivery (COD) o meet-up sa ligtas na lugar.
✔️ Humingi ng updated photos o videos ng item bilang patunay na hawak talaga ito ng seller.
✔️ Kung maaari, gumamit ng mga platform na may buyer protection.
