Empowering the Future, One Step at a Time!

The Negros Occidental Drug Rehabilitation Foundation Inc., in partnership with the City Social Welfare and Development Office and the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, successfully conducted educational sessions on drug prevention, literacy, and other supportive services for 50 Out-of-School Youth and Street Children beneficiaries.

As a gesture of support and encouragement, tokens including rice and canned goods were also distributed to our young participants.

Together, we are building a brighter, drug-free future—one youth at a time. 💪🌈

THIS PROGRAM FOCUSES FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE 18- 40 years old who are willing to be trained in 1 month for free.

The City Social Welfare and Development Office of San Carlos City conducted a revival program and re-organization of PAG-ASA YOUTH ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES INC. (PYAP) on September 25, 2024. This event will give opportunity to our Barangay Officials and SK Chairman to have awareness of the innovative programs and services and further strengthening the capabilities of the youth program.
In connection to this, the Youth Development Officer I (Joseph Bryan D. Gumban) and Youth Development Assistant I (Mark I. Cabatas) of CSWDO invited Mr. Narciso P. Abad III of PSWDO as RESOURCE SPEAKER. He discussed about “PYAP” and other system involved in program planning and implementation that will make a great contribution and be of benefit to our youth.

The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PYAP) Focal Person/Youth Development Officer I, Joseph Bryan D. Gumban of City Social Welfare and Development Office conducted an Information, Education, Communication Campaign last July to September 2024. Letters, Constitution and By Laws and other printed materials regarding PYAP were distributed to 18 Barangays of San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
