Through a comprehensive leadership development program and the initiative of HANDUM Youth, a non-governmental organization dedicated to uplifting young people (particularly in Brgy. Handumanan), this advocacy equips the youth with the confidence, competence, and hands-on experience needed to lead social transformation.

Complementing the formative programs of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) for Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs), HANDUM: Multi-Sectoral Action Group conducted a Seminar-Workshop on Psychological Meditation Techniques at the Metro Bacolod District Jail โ€“ Male Dormitory Annex (MBDJ-MDA) on Monday, July 27, 2026.

HANDUM extends its heartfelt gratitude to MBDJ-MDA for the opportunity to partner in promoting mental well-being and equipping PDLs with practical psychological meditation techniques that support emotional regulation and personal growth.
