𝗜𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 | The Department of Agrarian Reform – Negros Occidental II successfully conducted the Project Launching and Memoranda of Agreement (MOA) Signing for the ARBO recipients under the Sustainable Livelihood Support (SLS) Project of the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD). A project grant worth Php 500,000.00 in the form of farm inputs and Agriculture-Related Technical Trainings will be awarded to the ARBOs for their chosen livelihood projects, either Hog Breeding or Egg Production.

The activity marked the official kick-off of the project implementation of DAR for the ARBOs through the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement.

The first Project Launching and MOA Signing was held last April 26, 2026, at Hacienda Concordia Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association (HACARBA) Inc. in Brgy. Ma-ao, Bago City. The activity was graced by the presence of OIC-CARPO of PBDD Rizalina V. Yuguing, District Manager of District IV Rigil Kent Ortaliz, SARPO Frenie H. Gomez, and the CRFPS staff.

A back-to-back Project Launching and MOA Signing was also conducted last April 29, 2026, in District VI with the ARBOs Bugtong Tipulo Farmers Association (BUTIFA) Inc. and Farmers Association of Sitio Pagnanawon (FASPA) Inc., located in Brgy. Locotan and Brgy. Tapi, Kabankalan City, respectively. The activity was graced by the Executive Assistants to the Mayor, Joel Palata and Joel Tagapan. Also present during the activity were OIC-PARPO I of DAR Negros Occidental II Diona M. Molina, OIC-CARPO of PBDD Rizalina V. Yuguing, MARPO Ariel Vallejera of DARMO Tabugon, and Capt Sean Angelo Magat of the 47th IB.

Another back-to-back Project Launching and MOA Signing was held last May 4, 2026, in District V. The activities involved Sitio Feria Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association (SIFARBA) Inc. in Brgy. Odiong, Moises Padilla, and Pacita Cabungbungan Farmers Association (PACAFA) Inc. in Brgy. Sag-ang, La Castellana. Each activity was graced by OIC-CAO of DAR Negros Occidental II Ma. Theresa G. Baldonado, OIC-CARPO of PBDD Rizalina V. Yuguing, and Capt Angelo Michael Cata-an of the 62nd IB. Partners from the LGU of Moises Padilla were also present, represented by Executive Assistant to the Mayor Conrado Garcia during the SIFARBA activity, while PACAFA Inc. was graced by the supportive Mayor of La Castellana, Hon. Anejo Nicor.

On May 6, 2026, the Project Launching and MOA Signing for Tuyom Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Farmers Association (TARBFA) Inc. was held in Brgy. Tuyom, Cauayan. Municipal Vice Mayor Anna Liza Tabujara-Soriano graced the activity and shared an inspiring message with the members of TARBFA. Hon. Angelica Alvarez was also present, together with partners from the 15th IB represented by 2nd Lt Kestrel Iris Del Monte.

This series of activities embodies the mantra of DAR Negros Island Region, “One Negros, Serbisyo Agraryo Una,” which aims to strengthen the livelihood of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries and uplift their quality of life.

DAR Negros Occidental 2 Continues Commitment to Better International Standard Quality Public Service

May 25, 2026 | The Department of Agrarian Reform Negros Occidental 2 welcomed the ISO auditor for the recertification and audit of the agency’s national quality management standards. This significant activity ensures the continuity of proper systems and standard procedure in delivering quality public service. DAR Negros Occidental 2 officials and employees participated and showed support for this milestone.

During the visit, the auditors reviewed documents, office processes, and the implementation of programs and services of the agency. Interviews and validations were also conducted to assess the office performance in fulfilling its duties to serve its stakeholders, especially the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs). It also highlighted the office’s commitment to efficient, transparent, and reliable public service.

The ISO recertification is an important step in maintaining the agency’s quality standards and improving its services. Through teamwork and dedication, DAR Negros Occidental 2 continues to strengthen its commitment to good governance and excellent service for the public.

Ano bala ang buut silingon sang 'ARB'

Ang ARB ukon ang Agrarian Reform Beneficiary amo ang mga mangunguma nga nahatagan sang kaugalingon nga duta nga ginakuhaan sang ila palangabuhian sa idalom sang Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) sang Department of Agrarian Reform.

Ini isa ka tikang para makay-o ang madugay na nga isyu sa kakulang sang duta pinaagi sa CLOA ukon Certificate of Land Ownership Award, bangod diri may kasiguruhan na kag may seguridad ang ila nga duta kag may palangabuhian na.

Dugang pa, may mga trainings, kapital, makinarya access sa merkado kag iban pa nga mga support services nga ginahatag sa mga ARBs para mas mangin masanyog kag mangin madinalag-on pagid ang ila nga pagpangabuhi.

Ano ang ARB? 🌾

Ang ARB o Agrarian Reform Beneficiary ay ang mga magsasakang nabigyan ng sariling lupang sinasaka sa ilalim ng Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program ng pamahalaan. Ito ay isang hakbang para maituwid ang matagal nang isyu ng kawalan ng lupa.

Sa pamamagitan ng CLOA or Certificate of Land Ownership Award, nagkakaroon sila ng seguridad sa lupa, na nagbibigay ng lakas ng loob na pagbutihin ang kanilang ani at kabuhayan. Kasabay nito, may tulong mula sa pamahalaan tulad ng puhunan, pagsasanay, makinarya, at access sa merkado.

Hindi lang ito usapin ng lupa, ito ay tungkol sa dignidad, oportunidad, at mas matatag na kinabukasan para sa ating mga magsasaka at kanilang pamilya.

Sa bawat ARB, mas pinapalakas natin ang agrikultura at mas sinisiguro ang pagkain sa hapag ng bawat pamilyang Pilipino 🤍🌱

Pagkatapos sini, nagtilipon sila para sa mga diskusyon sa One-Stop-Shop, kon sa diin ang mga ahensya sang National Government nagpaathag sang mga programa kag serbisyo nga makabulig sa ila mga organisasyon.
