The Barangay 33, Bacolod City proudly recognizes the five (5) identified student beneficiaries of the Bawat Barangay Makikinabang: Presidential Assistance, implemented under the Socio-Civic Project Funds.
These students were identified in accordance with the prescribed program guidelines and requirements. The assistance aims to help ease the financial burden of their families and provide meaningful support as they pursue and complete their respective college degrees.
