The Philippine Creative Industries Month (PCIM) is a nationwide celebration of the creativity, talent, innovation, and valuable contributions of Filipino creatives and the country’s growing creative industries.

This September, we recognize and celebrate the people, ideas, products, and industries that continue to shape our creative nation.

Through Republic Act No. 11904, or the Philippine Creative Industries Development Act, the country strengthens its support for the growth and development of creative industries and recognizes creativity as an important driver of economic development, innovation, and national identity.

In celebration of PCIM 2026, the Department of Trade and Industry Negros Occidental Provincial Office has prepared and consolidated a list of activities that will showcase and promote the diverse domains of the Creative Industries in Negros Occidental.

Various Local Government Units, private organizations, companies, creative groups, and stakeholders are also spearheading their own initiatives and activities to celebrate, promote, and strengthen the creative sectors in the province.

We invite everyone to join the activities, visit the different venues, support our local creatives, and discover the many possibilities of creativity! Explore your hidden talents, nurture your creative passions, and allow your creative mind to grow.

Together, let us celebrate the creativity, innovation, and talents that make Negros Occidental and the Philippines truly creative!
