Personal nga ginpresentar ni Mayor Greg Gasataya ang mga programa kag accomplishments sang Bacolod sa final judging sang Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) sang Septiembre 23, 2026.

Kaupod ang mga pinuno sang nagkalain-lain nga opisina sang siyudad, ginpabutyag ni Mayor Greg ang mga tikang para sa:

• Mas simple kag madasig nga pagproseso sang mga transaksyon sa gobyerno.
• Digital nga serbisyo para sa publiko.
• Pagpabaskug sang kapasidad sang Bacolod para makaganyat sang dugang mga investors kag pagpatuman sang mga programa sa pagpauswag sang lokal nga ekonomiya.

Ang Bacolod isa sa Top 5 finalists sa City Level 1B para sa Provincial Highly Urbanized Cities upod ang mga syudad sang Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Iloilo, kag Lapu-Lapu.

Ini nga pagkilala nagapakita sang padayon nga pagpanikasog sang siyudad pagud mas mangin mahapos ang pagnegosyo kag madugangan ang oportunidad sa trabaho para sa mga Bacolodnon.

🏆 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗝𝗨𝗗𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗖𝗖𝗜 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗕𝗨𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦-𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗦 (𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟 𝟭𝗕)

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) officially named Bacolod City as one of the Top 5 Finalists for the 2026 Most Business-Friendly LGU Awards (City Level 1B) following the Final Judging presentation on September 23, 2026.

Led by Mayor Greg Gasataya alongside key department heads, City Administrator Atty. Mark Steven Mayo, Dr. Mary Jean Ramos (City Planning and Development Officer), Dr. Mae Ferrer-Llamas (Head, Department of Local Economic Development and Investment Promotions), Ms. Stela Rose Rayos (Head, Permits and Licensing Division), and Mr. Edrian Roel Robete (Officer-in-Charge, Management Information Technology and Computer Services - MITCS). The city delegation presented Bacolod’s comprehensive accomplishments in streamlining government processes, implementing digital public services, and building sustainable avenues for economic development.

Congratulations to our co-finalists across the country:

• Cagayan de Oro City
• Iloilo City
• Lapu-Lapu City

This achievement is a testament to the collective efforts of the City Government and the business community to foster a competitive, business-friendly environment for all Bacolodnons.

Bacolod City D-LEDIP proudly joined BÚTLAK 2026: The 40th Negros Trade Fair at SM Aura, led by D-LEDIP Head, Mae Llamas together with the D-LEDIP Team! Bringing the vibrant MassKara spirit, rich cultural heritage, and dynamic creative enterprise of the City of Smiles to Metro Manila, Bacolod’s booth served as a welcoming space where tradition seamlessly meets contemporary design.
