Ang tamang pag-iimbak ng pestisidyo ay mahalaga upang maiwasan ang aksidente at mapanatili ang kalidad at bisa ng produkto.

Mga Dapat Tandaan sa Pag-iimbak ng Pestisidyo:

✔️ Itago ang pestisidyo sa lugar na hindi naaabot ng bata, mga hayop, at malayo sa pagkain, at inumin.
✔️ Panatilihin ito sa orihinal na lalagyan. Huwag ilipat ang pestisidyo sa ibang lalagyan.
✔️ Ilayo ito sa apoy at iba pang pinagmumulan ng init.
✔️ Panatilihing tuyo ang lugar ng imbakan at huwag itong hayaang nasisinagan ng direktang sikat ng araw.

Laging sundin ang label ng produkto para sa tamang paraan ng pag-iimbak at ligtas na paggamit.

Ang wastong pag-iimbak ng pestisidyo ay nakatutulong sa pagprotekta sa kalusugan ng tao at kapaligiran at sa pagpapanatili ng kalidad ng produkto.

The Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) invites all concerned stakeholders and members of the public to participate in the public consultation for the Draft Memorandum Circular on the Implementation of Pesticide Poisoning Monitoring and Enforcement Protocol and Draft DA-DILG-DOH Joint Department Circular on the National Surveillance, Monitoring, and Reporting of Pesticide and Other Agricultural Chemical Poisoning Cases

The proposed issuances aim to strengthen the monitoring, surveillance, reporting, and enforcement mechanisms related to pesticide and other agricultural chemical poisoning cases, as well as enhance coordination among concerned government agencies and stakeholders in protecting public health, occupational safety, and the environment.

The Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA) issued Memorandum Circular No. 1, series of 2026, or the revocation of Memorandum Circular No. 17, series of 2020, which prescribes guidelines on the online selling and trading of fertilizers and agricultural pesticide products.

This is due to the fact that FPA DOES NOT ISSUE licenses or permits for online selling of fertilizers and pesticides in various platforms.

With this issuance, fertilizers and pesticides must ONLY be sold through licensed physical stores or over-the-counter sales. Online selling and trading of these products is also NOT AUTHORIZED.
