The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) presented their capstone project entitled, "Closing the Gap in the Issuance of Certificate of Registration and/or License to Sell (CE/LS) to the Subdivision Developers."
The project aims to enhance the manner of regulating the development permit processing by revisiting and simplifying rules and requirements, including means of enforcement, to ensure that regulations efficiently serve important policy objectives. Likewise, the capstone project will empower Local Government Units, resulting in a more efficient process in contributing to the fast delivery of service to clients in securing development permits at the local level.
The project was presented last Tuesday, February 27, 2024, to the Municipal Planning and Development Office, Building Official, Municipal Engineer, Municipal Assessor, Sangguniang Bayan, and Municipal Environment and Natural Officer.
