| Scholarship Affairs Unit Work Arrangement - 28 September 2026

In pursuance of Memorandum Circular No. 136, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, work shall be suspended starting at 1:00 PM on September 28, 2026, in observance of โ€œKainang Pamilya Mahalaga Dayโ€ as part of the 34th National Family Week celebration.

In line with this memorandum, the Scholarship Affairs Unit will be open only from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. The office will be closed after 1:00 PM.

Pampanga State University alumna Giana Marie Baldos Ponce clinched the Top 8 spot in the September 2026 Psychometricians Licensure Examinations, achieving 92.80%. Furthermore, the university logged an 87.62% passing rate.

The Social Work Department of the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy once again proves that it is the biggest producer of social workers in the province and the region, marking the second time it has achieved this distinction.

Furthermore, Pampanga State University recorded an 82.91% passing rate in the September 2026 Licensure Examination for Social Workers, conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission.

The OWWA Scholarship Programs aim to provide educational assistance to qualified OFW dependents to help them pursue and complete their higher education.

- Qualified OFW dependents who meet the eligibility requirements of the scholarship program
- Applicants must comply with the specific qualifications and documentary requirements for EDSP, CMWSP, or ODSP

Please be informed that, after careful coordination with the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), the OWWA Scholarship Program Orientation scheduled for September 10, 2026, is hereby cancelled.

The university is also prioritizing the safety of the students who are expected to attend the orientation.

Qualified students who wish to apply for the OWWA Scholarship are advised to please wait for the unit's announcement regarding the OWWA application portal.
