| Please be advised that the Scholarship Affairs Unit has temporarily relocated to the 1/F Counseling and Testing Center, effective today, 25 August 2026.

All student transactions, inquiries, and other concerns related to scholarship services will be accommodated at the Counseling and Testing Center until further notice. This temporary arrangement has been made in consideration of the current condition of the 2/F Student Affairs and Services Building and to ensure the continued delivery of services to students.

Students who need assistance regarding their scholarships, including inquiries, submission of documents, follow-ups, and other related concerns, are advised to proceed to the Counseling and Testing Center during office hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary relocation may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we make the necessary arrangements to maintain accessible and efficient services.

| Scholarship Affairs Unit Work-From-Home Arrangement - 20 August 2026

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 131 issued by the Office of the President, directing government offices in Pampanga to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements due to the anticipated effects of the Southwest Monsoon, the Scholarship Affairs Unit will operate under a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

During this period, the Scholarship Affairs Unit will process requests from students through the Record Management System of Scholarship Affairs (RMSSA).

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗨𝗕𝗦𝗜𝗗𝗬

Please be informed that only students who submitted an e-application or a walk-in application for the 2026 Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) may request their application number for monitoring and reference purposes.

Please note that our system has a daily limit on the number of emails (rmmsa.pamsu) it can send. If you have not received your application number, your application may not yet be encoded in our system, or there may be an issue with your name format (e.g., middle initial instead of complete middle name).

Rest assured that all students who submitted their TES applications online or through walk-in have been successfully uploaded to the HEI Portal.

The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) will conduct the review, validation, and final selection of TES beneficiaries. CHED will also release the official masterlist of students who will be granted TES.

For current TES and TDP grantees, there is no need to request an application number, as they are covered by CHED’s retention policy for continuing grantees.

| 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗠𝗦𝗦𝗔

The Scholarship Affairs Unit is launching a new way for students to track their applications and receive updates on their Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES), Tulong Dunong Program (TDP), and other scholarship applications!

Students who have applied for TES may submit a request to obtain their application number. Please note that some students’ applications have not yet been encoded in the RMSSA due to the current office conditions.

Rest assured that we will resume encoding the applications in our system as soon as office conditions are safe for our staff to resume work and normal operations.
