PROMOTING WATER SECURITY THROUGH INFORMATION AND EDUCATION

The Senior High School in San Nicholas III, Bacoor City successfully conducted the Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) Campaigns on Water Supply and Wastewater Services on September 2, 2026.

The seminar aimed to strengthen awareness and understanding of the proper use, management, and maintenance of water supply and wastewater services. It emphasized the importance of ensuring an uninterrupted and adequate supply and distribution of potable water for domestic and other essential purposes.

The activity was conducted pursuant to Republic Act No. 6234, highlighting the shared responsibility of institutions and communities in promoting the proper operation and maintenance of waterworks systems.

Through meaningful information and education, our school community is reminded that every drop matters.

Responsible water use, proper wastewater practices, and environmental awareness are essential steps toward a healthier, safer, and more sustainable community.

The school administration, under the leadership of Principal II, Ms. Kynah Amor M. Darvin, expresses its commitment to supporting initiatives that promote health, safety, environmental responsibility, and the well-being of every learner and member of the school community.

SGC BENCHMARKING ACTIVITY | SEPTEMBER 1, 2026

Strengthening partnerships. Sharing best practices. Empowering stakeholders.

On September 1, 2026, the Senior High School of San Nicholas III, Bacoor City, through its School Governance Council (SGC), conducted a meaningful benchmarking activity with the School Governance Council of Bacoor National High School – Molino Main.

The activity was held under the leadership of our School Principal, Ms. Kynah Amor M. Darvin, with the aim of learning from established practices and systems in managing and sustaining a functional and responsive SGC.

The school community extends its appreciation to Dr. Adelwisa E. Guia-Ramientas for generously sharing her knowledge, experiences, and best practices on:

🔹 Stakeholder engagement and participation
🔹 SGC organizational structure and functionality
🔹 Planning and implementation of initiatives
🔹 Monitoring and sustainability of SGC programs
🔹 Strengthening collaboration among school stakeholders

The benchmarking activity served as a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen institutional practices, and foster a stronger partnership between schools.

GRADE 11 & GRADE 12 GENERAL MEETING | AUGUST 27, 2026

Strengthening communication, preparedness, and student support!

On August 27, 2026, the Grade 11 and Grade 12 learners gathered for a General Meeting spearheaded by Mr. Paul Alagar and Ms. Cherry Batitis, under the leadership of our School Principal, Ms. Kynah Amor M. Darvin.

The meeting focused on important matters concerning the safety, academic monitoring, and overall welfare of our learners, with the following agenda:

🔹 Orientation on the Conduct of the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack Incidents
🔹 Orientation on the Online Monitoring of Grades (OMG)
🔹 Other Grade-Level Matters

The gathering provided an avenue to equip our learners with essential information, reinforce school safety protocols, promote transparency in academic monitoring, and address important concerns at the grade level.

Together, let us continue to build a safe, informed, responsible, and prepared school community.

Preparedness Continues: School Safety Drill Planning Meeting Held

Despite the postponement of the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill for Active Attack Incidents, the school remains steadfast in its commitment to safety and preparedness.

As part of the school’s proactive approach, a preparation and coordination meeting was conducted to discuss and finalize the plans, procedures, coordination, and safety measures necessary for the successful implementation of the drill once rescheduled.

The meeting was headed by School Head Kynah Amor M. Darvin and SDRRM Coordinator Mr. Joey Misa, with the participation of key school personnel and stakeholders, including:

• DRRM/RCYC Advisers
• Grade Level Chairs
• Learner Formation Officers
• Guidance Designates
• School Security Personnel
• Faculty Club President
• SSLG President and Adviser
• Barangay Council Representatives
• SPTA President
• PNP-Bacoor

Through strong collaboration among the school, learners, parents, community partners, and security stakeholders, we continue to build a safer and more prepared school community.

The drill may be postponed, but preparedness never stops.
