Announcement from the City Government of Bacoor
Executive Order No. MSBR-038-2026, Series of 2026, implements the Four-Day Compressed Work Week starting March 9, 2026.
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Covered Offices:
Office of the City Mayor, City Administrator, Sangguniang Panlungsod, Accounting, Budget, Planning, Assessor, Engineering, ENRO, GSO, HRMDO, Zoning, PIO, and other administrative/support offices.
Exempted Offices (regular/shifting schedules):
City Health Services, BDRRMO, CSWD (with Friday on-call duty), Public Safety & Traffic Management, Civil Registry, Cemetery Office, Treasurer’s Office, and all emergency/essential frontline services.
This initiative promotes energy conservation, efficiency, and productivity while ensuring that essential public services remain uninterrupted.

• City Environment Service Department
• Office of the General Services
• Human Resources Development and Management Department
• Zoning and Land Development Department
• City Information and Community Relations Office
• Other administrative/support offices.
Exempted Offices (regular/shifting schedules):
• Office of the City Health Services,
• Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office
• Office of the Social Welfare and Develepment Department
• City Bacoor Traffic Management
• Office of the City Civil Registry
• City Cemetery Office
• City Finance Deparment
• Any office performing emergency, health, rescue, disaster response, or essential frontline fuction.
