ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON SEPTEMBER 4

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 134, alternative learning modes and learning continuity measures shall be implemented at all levels in public and private educational institutions in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on September 4, 2026, unless their respective Local Chief Executives direct the cancellation or suspension of classes:

The measure is in view of the anticipated continued heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) and poor air quality in the NCR caused by haze from severe forest and peatland fires in Kalimantan and Sumatra, Indonesia.

Localized cancellation or suspension of classes in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives.

Good day, teachers! Join us today, as we strengthen our shared understanding of the Revised Classroom Assessment, Grading, and Reporting System for Key Stage 1 and explore how we can translate the policy into meaningful classroom practice.

This orientation is part of a continuing learning support for our Grade 1 teachers. Other aspects of KS1 Assessment will be made available through succeeding learning resources and orientations.

ADVISORY | Please be informed that the City Schools Division of Bacoor will implement a skeletal workforce arrangement on September 1–3, 2026, to ensure the continuity of essential and critical operations while personnel participate in the Division’s Gender and Development (GAD) activity.

During the said period, only designated personnel under the skeletal workforce arrangement shall report for duty to attend to essential transactions, urgent concerns, and other necessary Division operations.

Regular face-to-face office transaction will resume on September 07, 2026 (Monday)
