𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟰𝗣𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

(𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) #𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 The Office of the Population Development, in partnership with the 4Ps City Operations Office, conducted a Responsible Parenthood and Family Planning session for 4Ps beneficiaries. The activity aimed to provide participants with essential information on responsible parenthood, informed decision-making, and family well-being.

The program opened with welcome remarks from Ms. Apryl Anne Raquit, 4Ps Team Leader, followed by an inspirational message from Mayor Strike B. Revilla, who reaffirmed the City's support for programs that strengthen families and communities.

The activity concluded with closing remarks from Ms. Emilie De Castro, City Population Officer. The Office of the Population Development extends its gratitude to the 4Ps City Operations Office Bacoor for its continued partnership, as well as to Mayor Strike B. Revilla, Vice Mayor Rowena Bautista-Mendiola, Congresswoman Lani Mercado-Revilla, and the District 1 and 2 Councilors for their continued support of population and development initiatives in the City of Bacoor.

(𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) #𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 The Office of the Population Development successfully conducted the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Symposium (APPS) in Barangay Mambog 2, bringing together young participants and community stakeholders to promote awareness on responsible decision-making and reproductive health. The activity aimed to strengthen understanding of the challenges and consequences of adolescent pregnancy while encouraging informed choices among the youth.

The event was made possible through the strong support and cooperation of Barangay Mambog 2, under the leadership of Barangay Captain Rogelio Pilar. Their commitment to youth development and community welfare played a key role in the successful implementation of the symposium, ensuring a well-organized and meaningful discussion for all participants.

(𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲) #𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 The Office of the Population Development successfully conducted an Adolescent Pregnancy Symposium in Barangay Zapote 1 as part of its continuing effort to educate and guide the youth on responsible decision making, reproductive health awareness, and the importance of building a better future.

After the symposium, all participants received school supplies courtesy of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Zapote 1. The Office of the Population Development sincerely thanks SK Chairperson Christine Genotiva together with all SK Officials, as well as Barangay Zapote 1 under the leadership of Barangay Captain Vivian Ramirez, for their support and partnership in making the activity successful.

(𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲) #𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 The Office of the Population Development, in partnership with the 4Ps City Operations Office Bacoor, conducted Breaking the Barriers Session (BTBs)for 4Ps beneficiaries. The activity encouraged parents and teenagers to openly discuss sexual and reproductive health through a peer to peer setup that created a safe and comfortable space for honest conversations and better understanding.

The sessions helped strengthen communication within families and made participants feel more at ease discussing sensitive topics. We would like to sincerely thank the 4Ps City Operations Office Bacoor for its support and partnership in making the activity possible.

𝗣𝗼𝗽𝗗𝗲𝘃 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴

(𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟏𝟑-𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔) #𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 The Office of the Population Development participated in the 2-day Training Writeshop on Enhancing the Citizen’s Charter together with various departments and units of the City Government of Bacoor. The activity focused on improving and updating the Citizen’s Charter to make government services more efficient, accessible, and easier for the public to understand.

Spearheaded by the Human Resources Development and Management Department, the writeshop also strengthened collaboration among offices in promoting transparency, accountability, and quality public service.
