On 🗓 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, an 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙏𝙐𝙋𝘼𝘿 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙢 was successfully conducted at the 📍𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐊𝐢𝐨𝐬𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐚𝐠, 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞.

The activity was made possible through the strategic planning and coordination of the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐒𝐎), headed by the 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙋𝙀𝙎𝙊-𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙧, 𝙎𝙞𝙧 𝙀𝙢𝙞𝙡 𝙋𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙟𝙤, the dedicated personnel of the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐄 - 𝐒𝐃𝐍𝐅𝐎) under the leadership of 𝙈𝙖'𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙖𝙮 𝘾. 𝙑𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙖, 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙚𝙛 𝙇𝙀𝙊/𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙙. The successful implementation of the activity was further strengthened by the invaluable support of the officials and staff of the Local Government Unit of Bacuag through 𝗣𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗮𝗴, led by the ever-active 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙤𝙧, 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙚 𝙅𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝘾. 𝙉𝙖𝙠𝙖𝙤, as well as all individuals who devoted their time, effort, and commitment to ensure the realization of this program.

The orientation was conducted to provide beneficiaries with essential information regarding the TUPAD Program, including its objectives, implementation guidelines, duties and responsibilities of participants, and the various benefits and assistance they are entitled to receive. Through this activity, beneficiaries were given a clearer understanding of the program, enabling them to actively participate and fully maximize the opportunities and support extended by the government.

This initiative reflects the continuing commitment of both national and local government agencies to deliver responsive employment assistance programs that promote social protection, provide temporary livelihood opportunities, and improve the welfare of disadvantaged and displaced workers within the community. Through collaborative efforts, the TUPAD Program continues to serve as a vital instrument in uplifting the lives of Bacuaganons and fostering inclusive local development

Niining kahimtanga, ang 𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 provided through the 𝐓𝐔𝐏𝐀𝐃 program nagsilbing importante kaayong tabang. Ang pagpatuman niini naghatag dili lamang og dali nga pinansyal nga suporta, apan usab og oportunidad alang sa mga benepisyaryo nga mapadayon ang ilang panginabuhian sa niining lisod nga panahon.

Nagahatag kami og kinasingkasing nga pasalamat sa BFP Caraga Bacuag Fire Station ubos sa pagpangulo ni SFO4 Marloun C. Bolonia, Officer-in-Charge, alang sa ilang bililhong tabang ug aktibong partisipasyon kauban sa mga TUPAD beneficiaries.

Nagapasalamat usab kami sa Bacuag Water District ubos sa pagpangulo ni Engineer Jimuel O. Yu, General Manager, tungod sa ilang pagkamanggihatagon sa pagtugot sa paggamit sa ilang water pump, nga nakatabang pag-ayo sa pag-refill sa fire truck.

Usab, among gidayeg ang MENRO Bacuag alang sa ilang padayon nga suporta ug dedikadong paningkamot sa pagtabang sa mga benepisyaryo atol sa mga kalihokan sa pagpanglimpyo.

Labaw sa tanan, among gipahayag ang among kinadak-ang pasalamat sa Local Government Unit sa Bacuag, ubos sa pagpangulo sa atong masaligon ug mapinanggaon nga Municipal Mayor, Hon. Tessie Jean C. On March 30 - 31, 2026, TUPAD beneficiaries successfully conducted a 𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘯-𝘶𝘱 𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦 at the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗶𝘂𝗺. This accomplishment was made possible through their dedication, collaboration, and collective effort.

Various offices united with a common goal— 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐊𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐔𝐀𝐆 𝐀 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄 𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐈𝐙𝐄𝐃, 𝐂𝐎𝐇𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐕𝐄, 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the BFP Caraga Bacuag Fire Station, led by SFO4 Marloun C. Yu, General Manager, for their generosity in allowing the use of their water pump to support the refilling of the fire truck.
