Inaprubahan na ng Department of Agriculture-Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) ang komersiyal na pagbebenta ng AVAC ASF LIVE, ang kauna-unahang bakuna laban sa African Swine Fever (ASF) para sa fatteners na inaprubahan para sa pampublikong pagbebenta. Nagbibigay ito ng panibagong sandata sa naapektuhang industriya ng baboy habang pinabibilis ng pamahalaan ang mga hakbang upang muling mapalago ang populasyon ng baboy sa bansa.

The Local Government Unit of Bacuag under the leadership of Municipal Mayor Hon. Tessie Jean C. Nakao, the Municipal Agriculture Office of Bacuag, headed by Municipal Agriculturist Ms. Edcelle M. Zabala, participated in the cluster assessment of the Tugonan Cambuayon Pautao Farmers Irrigators Association, Inc. conducted by the Agricultural Training Institute–Regional Training Center XIII (ATI-RTC XIII) on August 26, 2026.

The activity was also supported by a representative from the Provincial Agriculture Office, along with partner agencies and stakeholders. The assessment aimed to identify the association’s strengths, areas for improvement, and possible interventions to further strengthen the organization and benefit its farmer-members.

The Municipal Agriculture Office expressed its appreciation to ATI-RTC XIII, the Department of Agriculture–Regional Field Office XIII, the Provincial Agriculture Office, and the association’s officers and members for their cooperation and active participation.

Through continued collaboration, the Municipality of Bacuag remained committed to strengthening farmers’ organizations and promoting better agricultural services and opportunities for local farmers.

Sumala sa direktiba sa Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC), pinaagi sa LGU- Bacuag na gipanguluhan sa atong Municipal Mayor, Hon Tessie Jean C. Nakao, ug sa Municipal Agriculture Office sa Bacuag, PADAYON ANG PAGDAWAT UG PAG-FILE SA CLAIM FOR INDEMNITY (BAYAD-PINSALA) alang sa mga mag-uuma nga naapektuhan sa hulaw (El Niño) sa ilang mga tanom.

Gina-awhag ang tanang mag-uuma nga nakapalista ug nakaseguro(naka file nan Insurance) sa ilang mga tanom sa PCIC nga mosumite sa ilang claim, ulat, ug mga gikinahanglang dokumento aron maproseso ang ilang indemnity.

Ang gagamba ay isa sa mga kaibigang kulisap na tumutulong sa pagkontrol ng mga peste sa palayan. Ating pangalagaan at paramihin sila.

✅ Iwasan ang hindi kailangang pag-ispray ng insecticide sa unang 30–40 araw.

✅ Magtanim ng okra, kalabasa, talong, at linga upang magsilbing tirahan ng mga gagamba.
