We proudly celebrate the achievement of the Municipality of Badoc headed by Mayor Hon. Virgilio M. Calajate and Vice Mayor Hon. Glennd George G. Cajigal for earning an Unmodified Opinion from the Commission on Audit (COA), a recognition that reflects the municipality's commitment to transparency, accountability, and sound fiscal management.

We are honored to share that the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator's Office headed by Engr. Richard I. Abes contributed to this achievement . Responsive, Inclusive and Data Driven!

Municipality of Badoc formally accepted the Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) 2024 Data last September 10, 2025 at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Capitol, Laoag City. The ceremony was attended by the hardworking and visionary Local Chief Executive Hon. Virgilio M. Calajate, MPDC Engr. Richard I. Abes, Mun. Civil Registrar Iris Gayle S. Batallones and Mrs. Zenaida R. Oasay CBMS Focal Person. Mayor Virgilio M. Calajate committed to utilize the CBMS Data as a foundation for research-based decision making and policy formulation for a progressive BADOC!
