This Skills Enhancement Program focused on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and First Aid, emphasizing the proper application of bandaging techniques and the correct use of blood pressure (BP) monitoring as essential components of pre-hospital emergency care. The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge, technical skills, and practical competencies of personnel in the proper assessment, monitoring, and stabilization of patients during medical emergencies. Through hands-on demonstrations and practical application, participants strengthened their proficiency in delivering safe, effective, and timely emergency medical interventions. This initiative further reinforces the Bureau of Fire Protection's commitment to developing a highly competent, well-trained, and response-ready emergency response workforce capable of providing quality pre-hospital care during emergencies.
