FOR ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT STAFF
under CONTRACT OF SERVICE
The Administrative Support Staff shall provide assistance to the school in the delivery of prompt and quality administrative and technical support in accordance with the Department’s policies and procedures. The position shall be under the direct supervision of the School Head with the following duties and responsibilities:
1. Provide overall administrative and technical support to the School Head and other school personnel in the daily operations of the school;
2. Assist the School Head in preparing, conducting, advocating, monitoring, and evaluating programs, projects, and activities; and
3. Perform other administrative and technical assistance as may be determined by the School Head.
Interested Applicants shall submit the following documentary requirements on or before February 4, 2026.
The minimum qualifications are as follows:
✓Male or Female
✓Able to prepare basic correspondences
✓Able to prepare basic reportorial requirements (DepEd forms, simple financial reports)
✓ Computer literate preferable in MS Office Suite
✓ Can operate office equipment (printers, fax machines, photo copier, etc)
✓ Can coordinate and collaborate with other concerned personnel and offices
REQUIREMENTS:
✓ Letter of intent addressed to Schools Division Superintendent
✓ Duly accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with Work Experience Sheet, if applicable;
✓ Photocopy of Scholastic/Academic Records such as but not limited to Transcript of Records (TOR) or Diploma
✓ Photocopy of Eligibility/Report of Rating, if available
✓ Photocopy of Certificate/s of Training, Seminar attended, if there is any
✓ Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service if there is any

CSC Prescribed Qualification Standards and Job Description are shown in the attached Memorandum.
Applicants are required to register in the link https://tinyurl.com/AppforNonTeachingLink and a printed copy of their registration must be included in their application documents.
Applicants should provide complete details of their personal information, education, training, experience, and eligibility in the link. Only applicants who registered in the link and submitted complete hard copies of documents in the Schools Division Office-Records Section on the set deadline will be considered as official applicants.
All interested applicants for Security Guard I shall submit their documents at the Records Section in white folder. Documents must be fastened on the left side with Table of Contents arranged from letter A to letter M as indicated on the attached memo.
For Application of Education, points shall be given to applicants who have earned higher education units or degrees beyond the minimum qualifications of the vacant position and have submitted the required Means of Verification (MOVs)
Only the Application Letter, Omnibus Certification and Personal Data Sheet are required to be submitted in original forms.

Applicants who failed to submit complete mandatory requirements on February 9, 2026 until 9AM shall not be included in the pool of applicants No additional documents shall be accepted after the deadline.
