On 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 23, 2026, the 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐤 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 proudly participated in a 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐓𝐢𝐞-𝐃𝐲𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 Activity with the theme, “𝑼𝑵𝑳𝑬𝑨𝑺𝑯 𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑪𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑽𝑰𝑻𝒀, 𝑪𝑹𝑬𝑨𝑻𝑬 𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑹 𝑶𝑾𝑵 𝑶𝑷𝑷𝑶𝑹𝑻𝑼𝑵𝑰𝑻𝒀.”

With the guidance of our instructor, 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨, we learned how to turn a simple T-shirt into a beautiful and colorful tie-dye creation. His dedication, patience, and willingness to share his knowledge helped our fellow youth create their own unique and amazing designs. 🌈👕✨

Through this activity, we not only enjoyed creating our own tie-dye shirts but also gained new knowledge and skills that we can use in the future. It reminded us that creativity can open opportunities, and that every color we add can bring life to something simple.

Ano ang inyu paga dal-on?
📌 Dal-a palihog ang Philsy's/National ID ukon ang Valid ID nga imo gingamit during validation.
📌Palihog magsunod sa STEP-BY-STEP Flow sang Pay-out para sa madasig kag matawhay nga proseso.
📌Sundon ang natalana nga pagsulundan sang mga Staff sa sulod sang Pay-out Venue.
📌Magbalon sang Ilimnon nga Tubig, Biscuits ukon Tinapay.
📌Para sa may mga gina-inom nga medical maintenance, dal-a ang imo bulong.

Mechanics:
1. The contest is open to all participants of Barangay Calumangan aged 18 years old and above.
2. The official theme is "Project High-Ground: Elevating Youth, Building a Drug-Free Barangay." Participants are encouraged to interpret the theme creatively while ensuring that their artwork clearly reflects its message.
3. Each participant will create one (1) original painting during the contest. The artwork must be entirely the participant's own idea and creation.
4. Participants will have 5 hours to complete their painting. Time starts and ends based on the organizer's announcement.
5. Participants may use only the approved art materials. Bringing personal materials is allowed and must be prepared before the contest begins.
6. To ensure fairness, participants must work independently throughout the competition. Coaching, assistance, or copying another person's work is not permitted.
7. Completed artworks must be submitted immediately after the allotted time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
8. All entries will be evaluated by the panel of judges using the official judging criteria. The judges' decision is final and cannot be appealed.
9. By joining the contest, participants allow the organizers to display, photograph, and feature their artwork in future exhibits, publications, or promotional materials, with proper acknowledgment of the artist.

ADVISORY | TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND RESTRICTED ACCESS

To facilitate the smooth conduct of the DAGYAW: Bangon Bayan Youth Camp 2026, the Manuel Y. Torres Sports Center will be temporarily closed, and access to the facility will be restricted from July 31 to August 2, 2026.
