✅Barangay Certification (Full Name, Age, Birthday, Place of Birth, 1x1 or 2x2 ID Picture)

👶For Children Below 5 Years Old:

✅Must be accompanied by a parent who is already registered in the National ID System.
✅Bring the original copy of any of the following:
✅Original Copy of PSA or Local Birth Certificate
✅Original Copy of Baptismal Certificate
✅Original Copy of Immunization Chart/Card
