Launching of Project ALPHABET-B and the Ceremonial Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing, a meaningful initiative of the Schools Division Office of Bago City aimed at improving the reading proficiency of every Bagonhon learner through strong collaboration among the City Government, schools, barangays, and community stakeholders.

As Chairperson of the Committee on Education, it was a privilege to lead the Pledge of Commitment, reaffirming our shared dedication to ensuring that every child has access to quality literacy programs and opportunities for lifelong learning.
