In line with the Department's continuing efforts to strengthen regulatory governance and improve service delivery, the issuances extend the effectivity of ancillary administrative sanctions, provide revised rules on the DHSUD Regulatory Clearance System, and set new guidelines on the unbundling of the time of completion for subdivision projects, ensuring more efficient regulatory processes and timely project completion and delivery.

Zoning and Enforcement Training for LGUs in the Cordillera Administrative Region

The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) - CAR successfully conducted a 4-day Zoning and Enforcement Training for Local Government Units (LGUs), bringing together representatives from all provinces of the Cordillera Administrative Region on July 27–30, 2026 at
Villa Silvina Hotel and Restaurant, Outlook Drive, Baguio City.

The training featured lectures and workshops facilitated by DHSUD-CAR, with valuable insights shared by guest speakers from the Municipalities of Tuba and La Trinidad. Participants capped off the training with a field activity at Dragon Treasure Kingdom, followed by the awarding of certificates of completion.

DHSUD-CAR extends its gratitude to all LGU representatives for their active participation and commitment to strengthening zoning and enforcement practices across the region.
