The Maintenance Division continues its routine infrastructure upkeep with the concrete pouring for the repair of the cross drain at Purok 1, Irisan.

Work is moving along steadily, and we have completed the first half-lane. This repair is essential for maintaining proper water flow and preventing road damage in the area.

🚧 TRAVEL ADVISORY: 🚧

Curing Period: The newly poured section needs time to set. As a result, the lane remains restricted to traffic for the time being.

Safety Reminders: Please stay alert and follow the safety barriers and "Caution" signs positioned around the work site.

Motorists: We advise driving slowly when passing through this section of Irisan to ensure the safety of our crew and other travelers.

The Traffic and Transportation Management Division (TTMD) is issuing this SECOND NOTICE to all owners of vehicles that have been impounded and are currently stored in our designated facility.
We have a number of vehicles that were towed due to various traffic violations and have remained unclaimed for an extended period.
ACTION REQUIRED: Owners must claim their vehicles immediately and settle all outstanding fines and storage fees.
DEADLINE: This is your 2nd notice. Failure to claim your vehicle within the specified grace period following subsequent notices may result in the vehicle being declared abandoned and disposed of in accordance with local ordinances.
If there is no response or action taken by the owner to claim the vehicle within 7 days from the date of this posting, this inaction will be construed as a waiver of the owner's right to recover the said vehicle.

We extend our deepest sympathies and prayers to the bereaved families, friends, and colleagues during this incredibly difficult time. We especially stand in solidarity with our fellow public servants at the Baguio City Public Information Office (PIO) as they grieve the loss of one of their own.

Neil had a rare way of seeing the world, through his lens, ordinary moments became powerful stories. His photographs were not just images, but reflections of life, emotion, and truth. Every frame he captured carried intention, artistry, and a deep passion for photography.

His dedication to his work was evident in every shot he took. He approached his art with creativity and precision, always striving to preserve moments in their most meaningful form. Through his lens, he gave life to memories that will continue to inspire and endure.

Beyond his talent, Neil was generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. He guided colleagues and mentored aspiring photographers with patience and sincerity, leaving behind not just lessons, but a legacy of devotion to the art of photography.

His kindness, positive spirit, and unwavering love for photography will truly be missed. We are deeply grateful for the artistry he shared and the moments he preserved for all of us.
