Please be informed that in anticipation of the upcoming Supertyphoon Bavi (Inday), all necessary precautionary measures are kindly being implemented city-wide.

We highly value the safety of everyone, and this directive is issued to ensure public safety and mitigate potential damages within our beloved communities.

Precautionary Actions Sincerely Requested:
For Private Contractors: We kindly request all contractors to immediately secure all on-going infrastructure projects. Please ensure that scaffolding, cranes, heavy equipment, and loose building materials are heavily reinforced or properly stored away to prevent hazards caused by strong winds and heavy rainfall.

For Barangay Officials: As our dedicated Barangay Captains and Kagawads are in direct charge of local clearing operations, we earnestly urge you to lead and actively assist in cleaning your respective barangay's drainage systems, canals, and critical waterways to prevent localized flooding.

Community Alert: We gently encourage all residents to stay safe, keep updated with official weather bulletins, and take a moment to secure their homes and personal belongings.

🚧 DRAINAGE DECLOGGING UPDATE: City Camp Central & City Camp Proper 🚧

To help prevent flooding in our community, our dedicated team has been pushing through tough conditions to conduct extensive declogging operations on the heavily blocked drainage systems around City Camp Central and City Camp Proper.

A quick reminder to all residents:
Let’s do our part to keep Baguio clean! Proper waste disposal goes a long way in preventing clogged canals and keeping our neighborhoods safe from floods during the rainy season

Those textured pathways on our sidewalks are tactile pavements. They're essential guides for our visually impaired residents.
During the rainy season, it's CRUCIAL to AVOID STEPPING ON THEM unless you need to. They become incredibly slippery when wet, posing a risk to everyone.
Please help us keep these vital paths clear and safe. Your awareness helps build a more considerate Baguio.
