By encouraging youth unity, we can amplify our voice and effectively influence the youth for the betterment of the future.

A well-thought-out plan serves as the bridge upon which we can create a brighter and more promising future para sa tanang kabatan-onan. Without a thorough and all-encompassing assessment of our plans, realizing a favorable outcome remains a dream. LEADERSHIP, SERVANTHOOD, and VOLUNTEERISM are all characteristics of a servant-leader.

The 1987 Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines Article II Section 13, affirms that the state recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building and shall promote and protect their physical health, moral, spiritual, intellectual, and social well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth patriotism and nationalism, and encourage their involvement in public and civic affairs.

As a servant-leader, Niño has the inherent potential to promulgate the youth towards inclusivity and optimism, to keep them goal-driven and most importantly, to rally the youth to be at the forefront of moving for the greatest change. Moreover, Niño believes in these growing individuals and what capabilities they can possess that would play a crucial role for their contribution in our Barangay's progress because the youth are the prime movers for reaslistic change.

LEADERSHIP: Niño has been a leader who leads by example for quite some time. He has been a leader since elementary school; he has been a consistent classroom officer from grade 4 to grade 6. In his secondary years, he expanded his service to a wider community; he became an SSG officer for three consecutive years and even was elected as Balamban 1 SSG Federation Public Information Officer. Furthermore, he was appointed as an SK secretary in barangay Sta. Cruz-Sto. Niño, and later as an SK Treasurer. And now, Niño is the CNU Balamban COMELEC Vice-chairman.

SERVANTHOOD: Niño is an active youth. He has unwavering service for the youth and children of Balamban through the programs of Kabatan-onan alang sa Kalambuan sa Balamban. He is a member of the said youth organization that aims to provide the four basic rights of children and the youth: development, protection, participation, and survival. He has co-facilitated seminars and training programs for both in-school and out-of-school youths.

VOLUNTEERISM: Niño is a volunteer with all his heart. It is innate in him to always serve his community and fellow youth through volunteerism. And through Kabatan-onan alang sa Kalamboan sa Balamban, he was able to extend his hands to a wider community.

All of these experiences that Niño underwent are a testament that he possesses leadership, servanthood, and volunteerism; he was born to be a servant-leader.
